چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻛﻤﺒﻮد آب در ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ آﻧﺰﻳﻢﻫﺎی آﻧﺘﻲاﻛﺴﻴﺪان و ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ، دو آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1391 ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در 3 ﺗﻜﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﻳﻚ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﺎ آﺑﻴﺎری ﻋﺎدی )ﻫﺮ 5 روز ﻳﻜﺒﺎر( و آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ دﻳﮕﺮ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻛﻤﺒﻮد آب )ﻫﺮ 10 روز ﻳﻜﺒﺎر( ﭘﻴﺎده ﺷﺪ. در ﻫﺮ دو آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ 11 ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ از ﻫﺮﻛﺪام از ﺳﻪ ﻧﻮع ﻟﻮﺑﻴﺎ ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ﺳﻔﻴﺪ، ﭼﻴﺘﻲ و ﻗﺮﻣﺰ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺳﻪ رﻗﻢ اﺻﻼح ﺷﺪه اﺧﺘﺮ، دﻫﻘﺎن و D81083 )در ﻛﻞ 36 ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ( ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ درﺻﺪ آب ﻧﺴﺒﻲ )RWC( و ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ روزﻧﻪای ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ در ﻫﻤﻪ واﺣﺪﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ، ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ آﻧﺰﻳﻢﻫﺎی آﻧﺘﻲاﻛﺴﻴﺪان ﻛﺎﺗﺎﻻز )CAT( و ﭘﺮاﻛﺴﻴﺪاز )POX( در ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮﮔﻲ ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﺳﻪ ﮔﻴﺎه از ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺟﻤﻊآوری و ﺑﺎ اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻓﻮرز در ژل آﻛﺮﻳﻞآﻣﻴﺪ اﻓﻘﻲ 8%
ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. در ﻫﺮ دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻴﺎری آﻧﺰﻳﻢ CAT ﺑﺎ اﻳﺰوزﻳﻢ POX1 ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﻧﺸﺎن داد. در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻴﺎری ﻋﺎدی ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار، POX1 ﺑﺎ POX2، و در ﻛﻤﺒﻮد آب ﺑﻪ اﻳﺰوزﻳﻢ POX2 ﺑﺎ POX3، ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻮد. در ﻫﺮ دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ روزﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ RWC ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﻧﺸﺎن داد. در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻴﺎری ﻋﺎدی آﻧﺰﻳﻢ ﻣﻨﻔﺮد CAT و اﻳﺰوزﻳﻢ POX3 ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ روزﻧﻪ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار و در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻛﻤﺒﻮد آب ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ آﻧﺰﻳﻢ CAT ﺑﺎ RWC ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار و اﻳﺰوزﻳﻢ POX1 ﺑﺎ RWC ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﻧﺸﺎن داد.

Evaluation of relationship of peroxidase and catalase enzymatic activities with physiological attributes under normal and water deficit stress conditions.

Abstract
For evaluation of water deficit stress effect on activity of antioxidant enzyme activities and some physiological traits and their relationships, two separate experiments were conducted based on completely randomized design with three replications in 2012. One experiment with normal irrigation (every 5 days) and another experiment were conducted in water deficit condition (every 10 days). In both experiments 12 genotype of any three color type, white, pinto bean and red kidney beans, were studied. . Physiological attributes included relative water content (RWC) and stomata resistant. Also, activity of enzymes such as catalases (CAT) and peroxidase (POX) were estimated. In both irrigation conditions, activity of CAT showed positive and significant correlation with isozyme POX1. In two conditions stomata resistance showed positive and significant correlation with RWC. In normal irrigation condition CAT and POX3 enzymes showed negative and significant correlation with stomata resistance and in water deficit stress condition activity of CAT enzyme showed negative and POX1 isozyme showed positive and significant correlation with RWC.
