چکیده
به ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻫﺎی ﺑﻴﻤﺎریزاﻳﻲ Puccinia triticina، ﺷﺶ ﺟﺪاﻳﻪ ﻣﻨﺘﺨﺐ از ﺳﺎل 1392 ﻛﻪ از ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺳﻤﻨﺎن ﺟﻤﻊآوری ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و در ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ زﻧﮓﻫﺎی ﻏﻼت ﻣﺆﺳﺴﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت اﺻﻼح و ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﻧﻬﺎل و ﺑﺬر ﻛﺮج، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از 40 ﻻﻳﻦ اﻓﺘﺮاﻗﻲ زﻧﮓ ﻗﻬﻮهای ﮔﻨﺪم ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﻏﻴﺮ ﺑﻴﻤﺎریزاﻳﻲ ﺑﻴﻤﺎریزاﻳﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺗﻜﺜﻴﺮ اﺳﭙﻮرﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ روی رﻗﻢ ﺣﺴﺎس ﺑﻮﻻﻧﻲ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. اﺳﭙﻮرﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ روی ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪﻫﺎی ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎی اﻓﺘﺮاﻗﻲ ﻣﺎﻳﻪ زﻧﻲ و ﺳﭙﺲ واﻛﻨﺶ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪﻫﺎ ﻳﺎدداﺷﺖ ﺑﺮداری و ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﻧﮋاد ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺟﺪاﻳﻪﻫﺎی ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﻴﻤﺎری ﺑﺮای ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎی ﺣﺎﻣﻞ ژنﻫﺎی Lr32+ ،Lr36 ،Lr28 ،Lr25 ،Lr24 ،Lr19 ،Lr16 ،Lr2a، و Lr10 ﻓﺎﻗﺪ ﻗﺪرت ﺑﻴﻤﺎریزاﻳﻲ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎی ﺣﺎﻣﻞ ژنﻫﺎی Lr22a ،Lrb و Lr22b ﺑﻴﻤﺎریزا ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ژن Lr17 ،Lr3bg ،Lr2c و Lr33 دارای 16/7%ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻓﺮاواﻧﻲ ﺑﻴﻤﺎریزاﻳﻲ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﺟﺪاﻳﻪﻫﺎی اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ دارا ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﮋادﻫﺎی ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪه در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ LBGNJ و BMCMD ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮاواﻧﻲ ﺑﻴﻤﺎریزاﻳﻲ 27/5% ، ﻧﮋاد MCQNS دارای 45%، ﻧﮋاد CBRMG ﺑﺎ 47/5%، ﻧﮋاد NMGSJ 52/5% و ﻧﮋاد
LMTTM دارای 55 ﺑﻴﻤﺎریزاﻳﻲ ﺑﺮای ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﺣﺎﻣﻞ ژنﻫﺎی ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻓﺮاواﻧﻲ ﺑﻴﻤﺎریزاﻳﻲ را دارا ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.
LMTTM دارای 55 ﺑﻴﻤﺎریزاﻳﻲ ﺑﺮای ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﺣﺎﻣﻞ ژنﻫﺎی ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻓﺮاواﻧﻲ ﺑﻴﻤﺎریزاﻳﻲ را دارا ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.

In order to determine virulence factors of Puccinia triticina, six isolates were selected from the Semnan regions
between 2014 were collected and green rust of grain and seed and plant improvement institute, Karaj, using 40 lines of
wheat leaf rust differential According to statistical formula of Avirulence / virulence tests. The spores were reproduced
on a susceptible cultivar Bolani Separately on the differential lines. The spores inoculated seedlings and seedling
reaction to take notes and to determine the race. The results of this experiment showed that isolates the lines carrying
the genes that cause the disease Lr2a, Lr16, Lr19, Lr24, Lr25, Lr28, Lr29, Lr36, Lr32 + and Lr10 + were Avirulence. Lines
carrying the genes Lrb, Lr22a and Lr22b were pathogenic. Gene Lr2c, Lr3bg, Lr17, Lr26 and Lr33 in 16/7% relative to other
isolates in this region were having the lowest frequency of diseases. Races observed in the this region include LBGNJ
and BMCMD frequency pathogenicity 27/5%, race MCQNS 45%, race CBRMG by 47/5%, race NMGSJ 52/5% and
race LMTTM 55% virulence to plants carrying the resistance genes that had the lowest and highest frequency of
virulence.
