چکیده
ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻫﺎی ﺑﻪ ﻧﮋادی ﮔﻨﺪم ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻻﻳﻦ ﻫﺎی اﻣﻴﺪ ﺑﺨﺶ در ﻣﺰارع ﻛﺸﺎورزان ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر دﺳﺘﻴﺎﺑﻲ ﺑﻪ ارﻗـﺎم ﮔﻨـﺪم دروم ﺳﺎزﮔﺎر ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ و دارای ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﻛﻤﻲ و ﻛﻴﻔﻲ اﻳـﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳـﻲ ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﭼﻬـﺎر ﻻﻳـﻦ ﺟﺪﻳـﺪ ﺑﺪﺳـﺖ آﻣـﺪه از آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﺎت ﭘﻴﺸﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﮔﻨﺪم دروم در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﮔﺮم ﻛﺸﻮر ﺷﺎﻣﻞ D-81-18 و D-82-6و D-83-1و D-83-8 ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه دو ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻛﺮﺧـﻪ و ﮔﻨـﺪم ﻧﺎن ﻫﺎﻣﻮن در دو ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ در ﻣﺰارع ﻛﺸﺎورزان روﺳﺘﺎی ﺟﻬﺎﻧﺘﻴﻎ و روﺳﺘﺎی ﻣﻠﻚ آﺑﺎد ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺎی زاﺑﻞ و زﻫﻚ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻤﻜﺎری ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺗﺮوﻳﺞ ، زراﻋﺖ و زارﻋﻴﻦ ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ، ﻫﺮ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮﻛﻬﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﻜﺮار اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. در ﻃﻮل دوره رﺷﺪ و ﻧﻤﻮ از ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻬﻢ زراﻋﻲ ﻳﺎدداﺷﺖ ﺑﺮداری اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ، ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻻﻳـﻦ D-82-6ﺑـﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻜـﺮد داﻧـﻪ6504 ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﺑﺎ 16 در ﺻﺪ ﺑﺮﺗﺮی ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ)ﻛﺮﺧﻪ( و 5 درﺻﺪ ﺑﺮﺗﺮی ﻋﻤﻠﻜـﺮد ﻧﺴـﺒﺖ ﺑـﻪ ﮔﻨـﺪم ﻧـﺎن ﻫـﺎﻣﻮن و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻻﻳﻦ D-83-8 ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ5869 ﻛﻴﻠﻮ ﮔﺮم در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﺑﺎ 5 در ﺻﺪ ﺑﺮﺗﺮی ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻛﺮﺧﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜـﺮد را در ﺑﻴﻦ ﻻﻳﻦ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ ،ﻛﻪ از ﻻﻳﻦ ﻫﺎی ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﺎن و ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻫﻢ اﻗﻠﻴﻢ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.

Evaluation of agronomic characteristics and grain yield in durum wheat promising lines in farmer's fields (on farm)

Abstract
The final stage of any crop breeding program is evaluating the promising genotypes in farmer's fields. To
study of grain yield promising durum wheat genotypes in different parts of sistan area in farmer fields, 4 new
lines were evaluated in zabol and zahak villages in 2006-2007 cropping seasons. The experimental design in
two locations was randomized complete block design (RCBD) with four replications. Results showed that D-
82-6 line had high yield 6504 kg/ha with 16% were better than durum wheat Karkheh and 5% better than
grain yield of Hamoon bread wheat checks and D-83-8 line had 5870 kg/ha with 5% were better than grain
yield of Karkheh. This lines are recommended for advanced comparative research and multiply seeds in
Sistan and same climate regions.
