چکیده
ﮔﻴﺎه ﮔﻞ راﻋﻲ ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺟﻨﺲ Hypericum ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺑﻪ دﻟﻴﻞ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪهای ﻛﻪ در درﻣﺎن اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﻲ دارد ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن داروﻳﻲ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺟﻬﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺷﻤﺎر ﻣﻲرود.در اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻛﻮد داﻣﻲ و اوره ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻛﻤﻲ و ﻛﻴﻔﻲ ﮔﻴﺎه ﮔﻞ راﻋﻲ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻛﺮتﻫﺎی ﺧﺮده ﺷﺪه در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺳﺎل 1392 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﺮﻛﺮد اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﻼﺗﺎﺻﻠﻲ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ(70 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﺘﺮ ﺗﺒﺨﻴﺮ)، ﺗﻨﺶ ﻣﻼﻳﻢ (100 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﺘﺮ ﺗﺒﺨﻴﺮ) و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﺪﻳﺪ (130 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﺘﺮ ﺗﺒﺨﻴﺮ) ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺸﺘﻚ ﺗﺒﺨﻴﺮ ﻛﻼس A و ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻣﺼﺮف اﻧﻮاع ﻛﻮد ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﭘﻼت ﻓﺮﻋﻲ در ﭘﻨﺞ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻛﻮد ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ(، ﻛﻮد ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ 25 ﻛﻮد داﻣﻲ(،)50%
ﻛﻮد ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ 50 ﻛﻮد داﻣﻲ(،) 25 ﻛﻮد ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ 75 ﻛﻮد داﻣﻲ( و ﻛﻮد داﻣﻲ( در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ a و b ، ﻛﺎروﺗﻨﻮﺋﻴﺪ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺳﺮﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﮔﻠﺪار اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری داﺷﺘﻪ وﻟﻲ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻛﻮدی و اﺛﺮات ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻨﺶﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻛﻮدﻳﺘﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻴﺰاﻧﻜﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ a وb و ﻛﺎروﺗﻨﻮﺋﻴﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ a و b، ﻛﺎروﺗﻨﻮﺋﻴﺪ در ﺷﺪت ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺷﺪﻳﺪ و در ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی 100%، 75 ﻛﻮد اوره ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ.ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺳﺮﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﮔﻠﺪار ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺷﺪﻳﺪ و ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر50 ﻛﻮد اوره ﺑﺎ 50% ﻛﻮد ﮔﺎوی ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ

Abstract
The Hypericum plant is the most important Hypericumspecies and it isone of the most important herbs in the world because of its positive e and Known effects in the treatment of depression. In order to evaluate the effect of cow manure and urea on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Hypericum plant under drought stress, a sub-plotexperiment was performed in a randomized complete block design with three replications in2013at the research farm ofshaherkordUniversity. Main platt of different drought stress levels consist of control (70 mm evaporation), mild stress (100 mm evaporation) and severe stress (130 mm evaporation) using class A pan evaporation and treatment of usingdifferent fertilizer as a secondary platt in five levels, Include (100% fertilizer), (75% with 25% manure fertilizer), (50% and 50% manure fertilizer), (25% with 75% manure fertilizer) and (100% manure) was considered. The rate maximum of chlorophyll a and b, carotenoids in the intensity of intense drought and the treatments were 100%, 75% and 50% urea was observed. Also minimum harvest index and the flowering shoot proceeds related to intense drought and The rate maximum related to 50% urea fertilizer whit 50% cow manure treated has been. In thisxperiment,different levels of drought stress had a significant effect on chlorophyll a and b, carotenoids, harvest index andflowering shoot yieldbut manure treatments and their interaction with drought stress treatments was onlysignificant on chlorophyll a, b and carotenoids.
