چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ژنﻫﺎی ﻛﻤﻲ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻬﻢ زراﻋﻲ در ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن، از 76 ﻻﻳﻦ اﻳﻨﺒﺮد ﻧﻮﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ )RIL( ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﻼﻗﻲ روﺷﻦ و ﺳﻮﭘﺮﻫﺪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻓﻨﻮﺗﻴﭙﻲ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﻴﺪ ﺑﺎﻫﻨﺮ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن، در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ دو ﺗﻜﺮار ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل آﺑﻴﺎری اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. در اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﭘﻴﻮﺳﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس اﻃﻼﻋﺎت 347 ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ DArT ﺑﺎ ﻃﻮل 630/5 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﻣﻮرﮔﺎن و ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ 1/8 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺑﻴﻦ دو ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻣﺠﺎور ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ ﺷﺪ ﺑﻄﻮریﻛﻪ ﻛﺮوﻣﻮزومﻫﺎی 3D و 4B دارای ﻛﻢﺗﺮﻳﻦ و ﻛﺮوﻣﻮزوم 7D ﺑﻴﺶﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ را دارا ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻣﻜﺎنﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪای ﻣﺮﻛﺐ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ 2، 1، 1، 1، 1، 1، 1 و 3 QTL ﺑﺮای ﺻﻔﺎت ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﺮه، وزن ﺳﺎﻗﻪ اﺻﻠﻲ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ اﺻﻠﻲ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﻛﻞ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﺑﺎرور و وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ QTLﻫﺎی اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﺮ روی ﻛﺮوﻣﻮزومﻫﺎی )7B ،4A ،3A ،5D ،5A ،3A ،( 2A, 7B و5A ،1D ) ،5B ﻗﺮار داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. اﻳﻦ QTLﻫﺎ در ﺣﺪود 15 ﺗﺎ 30 درﺻﺪ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﻓﻨﻮﺗﻴﭙﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ذﻛﺮ ﺷﺪه را ﺗﻮﺟﻴﻪ ﻣﻲﻛﻨﻨﺪ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺰرگ اﺛﺮ ﺑﻮدن اﻳﻦ QTLﻫﺎ ﻣﻲﺗﻮان از ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮﻫﺎی ﻣﺠﺎور آن ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺑﻪ ﻛﻤﻚ ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻛﺮد.

Identification of QTLs attributed of agronomic traits using DArT marker

Abstract
In order to recognize the quantitative genes controlling the agronomical traits in bread wheat, 76 recombinant inbred lines derived from the cross between Roshan and Superhead were used. Phenotypic evaluations were performed in an RCBD experimental with 2 replication conducted at the experimental field of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman in normal condition. In this study, linkage map based on 347 DArT markers with a length of 630.5 cM and an average distance of 1.8 cM between adjusted markers was prepared in which chromosome 3D and 4D had the lowest and chromosome 7D had the highest numbers of markers. Based on Composite Interval Mapping were identificated 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 and 3 QTLs for plant height, number of nodes, main stem weight, number of grains per main stem, harvest index, number of total tillers, number of fertile tillers and 1000-grain weight, respectively.These QTLs were located on chromosome (7B, 2A), 3A, 5A, 5D, 3A, 4A, 7B and (1D, 5A, 5B). These QTLs were justified about 15 to 30 percent of phenotypic variance of mentioned traits, so considering the major effect of these QTLs can be used adjacent markers to marker- assisted selection.
