چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و ﻏﺮﺑﺎل ﻛﺮدن ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺗﻌﺪاد 31 رﻗﻢ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ دﻳﻢ و آﺑﻲ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ اﻳﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻛﺸﺎورزی و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺳﻨﻨﺪج ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﺪاول ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻲ )(Yp و دﻳﻢ (Ys) ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﺑﻴﻦ ارﻗﺎم از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮدﻫﺎی آﺑﻲ و دﻳﻢ وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﮕﺮ وﺟﻮد ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ در ﺑﻴﻦ ارﻗﺎم ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺑﺮای ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و دورگﮔﻴﺮی ﺑﺮای ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی اﺻﻼﺣﻲ را اﻣﻜﺎنﭘﺬﻳﺮ ﻣﻲﺳﺎزد. ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ در دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻲ و دﻳﻢ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ MP،GMP و STI ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ ﺑﺮای ﻏﺮﺑﺎل ﻛﺮدن ارﻗﺎم ﮔﻨﺪم ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﺎﻻ در دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻲ و دﻳﻢ ارﻗﺎم ﭘﻴﺸﮕﺎم، اﻟﻮﻧﺪ، Ws-82-9، ﭼﻤﺮان و ﺳﻴﻮﻧﺪ ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺘﺎَ از ﺑﻴﻦ ﭘﻨﺞ رﻗﻢ، ﺳﻪ رﻗﻢ ﻴﺸﮕﺎم، اﻟﻮﻧﺪ و Ws-82-9 ﺑﻪدﻟﻴﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﺎﻻی آﻧﻬﺎ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ دﻳﻢ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞﺗﺮﻳﻦ ارﻗﺎم ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.

Evaluation of wheat drought tolerant using analysis of drought tolerance Indices

Abstract
In order to identify drought tolerant varieties and screening the drought tolerance indices, 31 cultivar of wheat were tested in a randomized complete block design with three replications in both rainfed and irrigated conditions in Agriculture and Natural Resources Research Station in the city of Sanandaj were tested. Conventional drought tolerance indices were calculated. Highly significant differences were observed among cultivars for all indices and potential and stress yield that indicator the existence of genetic variation and making it possible selection among cultivars for drought tolerance as well as possibility hybridization for the genetic studies and breeding programs. Correlation analysis between single plant yield rainfed and irrigated conditions and drought tolerance indices showed that the MP, GMP and STI indices are suitable for screening the wheat cultivars. Regarding these criteria and high yield in both irrigated and rainfed conditions cultivars Pishgam, Alvand, Ws-82-9, Chamran and Sivand were diagnosed drought tolerant. Finally, among the five cultivar, cultivar Pishgam, Alvand and Ws-82-9 due to their high performance in dry conditions as drought tolerant cultivars were introduced.
