چکیده
ﺑﺎدرﻧﺠﺒﻮﻳﻪ ﺑﻪ دﻟﻴﻞ ﺧﻮاص ﺧﻮراﻛﻲ آن در ﻃﺐ ﺳﻨﺘﻲ اﻳﺮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻳﻚ ﮔﻴﺎه داروﻳﻲ دارای ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد وﺳﻴﻌﻲ اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺤﺮکﻫﺎ ﻣﻮﻟﻜﻮل ﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ در ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻚ ﭘﺎﺳﺦﻫﺎی ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ در ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﻧﻘﺶ دارﻧﺪ. اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ و ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎی ﺑﺮگ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ، ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺳﻴﺘﺮال ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﺑﺮﮔﻲ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺻﻔﺮ، 0/1، 0/3، 0/5 و ﻳﻚ ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﻮﻻر( و ﻣﺤﻴﻂﻫﺎی ﻛﺸﺖ MS و B5 در دو ﻏﻠﻈﺖ و در دو ﺑﺎزه زﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﻫﻔﺖ و 14 روز ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻛﺸﺖ MS در ﺑﺎزه زﻣﺎﻧﻲ 14 روز و در ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی ﺻﻔﺮ و 0/3 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﻮﻻر ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ را داﺷﺖ. ﻣﺤﻴﻂﻫﺎی ﻛﺸﺖ MS و 1/2MS در ﻫﺮ دو ﺑﺎزه زﻣﺎﻧﻲ در ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻴﻂﻫﺎی ﻛﺸﺖ B5 و 1/2B5 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻛﺸﺖ 1/2B5 در ﻫﺮ دو ﺑﺎزه زﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﻫﻔﺖ و 14 روز ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ را داﺷﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺑﺎزه زﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﻪ 14 روز ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺳﻴﺘﺮال در ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻛﺸﺖ 1/2B5 در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 0/5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﻮﻻر ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ.

Abstract
Lemon balm because its edible properties in Iranian traditional medicine which are used as medicinal plant. Stimulus are living molecules, that are stimulates physiological and morphological responses in plant are involved. This experiment was conducted based on completely randomized design. In this study the leaves characteristics including number of leaves per explant, leaf area, citral concentration and chlorophyll index influenced by foliar spraying of salicylic acid (0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 1 mM) and MS and B5 medium concentrations (50% and 100%) were evaluated after seven and 14 days from foliar spraying. The results
showed MS medium had the highest number of leaf at 14 days period and concentrations of 0 and 0.3 mM salicylic acid. MS and 1/2MS media culture in two periods (seven and 14 days) were highest leaf area compared with B5 and 1/2B5 media culture. In both periods, 1/2B5 medium had lowest chlorophyll index. Also, with increasing periods to 14 days on 1/2B5 medium was observed highest citral concentration in concentration of 0.5 mM salicylic acid.
