چکیده
ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ و ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮژی ﺟﺪﻳﺪ و ﻧﻴﺰ ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎی اﻣﻴﺪﺑﺨﺶ ﮔﻨﺪم دوروم در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺰارع زارﻋﻴﻦ، ﺗﻌﺪاد 6 ﻻﻳﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺷﺎﻫﺪﻫﺎی ارﻗﺎم آرﻳﺎ، دﻧﺎ و ﻳﻚ ﻻﻳﻦ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن ﻣﺮوارﻳﺪ در دو ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ از اﺳـﺘﺎن ﺑـﺎ ﻫﻤ ﻜـ ﺎری زارﻋـ ﻴﻦ در ﺳـﺎل1389-90
ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ.در ﻫﺮ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻳﻚ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 9 ﺗﻴﻤﺎر در 3 ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ ﻧﺘـﺎ ﻳﺞ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ در ﻫﺮ دو ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﻤﺎرهﻫﺎی 9 و 5 در ﻫـﺮ دو ﻣﻨﻄﻘـﻪ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﺔ ﻣﺮﻛﺐ دادهﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻣﻜﺎن، اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ داﺷﺖ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮدن ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧـﻪ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﺣﺎﺟﻲﻗﻮﺷﺎن را ﻣﻲﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﺣﺎدث ﺷﺪه و ﺑﻪﺧﺼـﻮص ﻛﻤﺘـﺮ ﺑـﻮدن ﺑ ﻴﻤـﺎر ی ﻓﻮزارﻳـ ﻮم ﺳـﻨﺒﻠﻪ ﻧﺴـﺒﺖ داد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻣﻄﻠﻮب زراﻋﻲ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﺟﺘﻨﺎب از ﺧﺴﺎرتﻫﺎی اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻟﻲ ﺗﻨﺶﻫﺎی زﻧـﺪه و ﻏ ﻴـ ﺮزﻧـﺪه وﺟـﻮد ﺗﻨـﻮع ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﻮرد ﻛﺸﺖ ﻻزم ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﺎ در ﺻﻮرت وﻗﻮع ﭼﻨﻴﻦ وﺿﻌﻴﺘﻲ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل ﻛﺸـﺎورزان از ﺑـ ﻴﻦ ﻧـﺮود ﻟـﺬا ﻣﻌﺮﻓـ ﻲ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﺷﻤﺎره 5 ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ارﻗﺎم راﻳﺞ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ رﻗﻢ آرﻳﺎ و دﻧﺎ( ﻣﻮرد ﻛﺸﺖ ﺑﺮای اﻟﮕﻮی ﻛﺸﺖ ﭘﺎﻳﺪار در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻣـﻮرد ﻧﻈـﺮ ﻗﺎﺑـﻞ ﺗﻮصیه ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد.

Evaluation of Promising durum Wheat lines under on farm condition in Golestan Province

In order to transfer new technology and research findings to the farmers, and to evaluate advanced and promising lines of durum wheat under on farm condition, six lines including the checks (Aria) and (Dena) as well as bread wheat (Morvareed) were evaluated in two regions of the province in 2010-11. The experiment was laid out in an R.C.B.D with three replications and nine treatments. Result of yield trial in both regions showed that there were significant differences among lines. Treatments 9 and 5 the highest yield in both regions. The combined analysis showed that the effect of location on yield was significant. The higher yield in (Haji Ghoshan) might be attributed to favorable environmental condition and to lesser head fusarium. The significant genotype x location interaction showed that genotypes responded differently to environments. Based on suitable agronomical traits and in order to avoid biotic and a biotic stresses, genetic variability is of great importance, so that if this condition occurs, farmers, crop will not fail. Therefore genotype Treatments 5 as well as Aria and Dena might be recommended for the target regions as a sustainable crop production system.
