چکیده
بیماری رﻳﺰوﻣﺎﻧﻴﺎ ﻛﻪ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ آن وﻳﺮوس زردی ﻧﻜﺮوﺗﻴﻚ رﮔﺒﺮگ ﭼﻐﻨﺪرﻗﻨﺪ اﺳﺖ دراﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻘﻲ ﻛﻪ ﭼﻐﻨﺪرﻗﻨﺪ ﻛﺸﺖ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. و در ﺻﺪ آﻟﻮدﮔﻲ درﺑﺮﺧﻲ از ﻣﺰارع اﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎی ﻣﺴﺘﻌﺪ ﻛﺸﺖ اﻳﻦ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل ﺗﺎ 45 درﺻﺪ ﺑﺮآورد ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ از آﻧﺠﺎﺋﻴﻜﻪ ﻣﺒﺎرزه ﺑﺎ اﻳﻦ ﺑﻴﻤﺎری ﺧﺎﻛﺰاد، ﻛﺎری ﻣﺸﻜﻞ و دﺷﻮار اﺳﺖ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ارﻗﺎم ﻣﻘﺎوم ﺑﻪ ﺑﻴﻤﺎری ، ﻣﻮﺛﺮﺗﺮﻳﻦ روش ﺑﺮای ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب و ﻛﺎﻫﺶ آﻟﻮدﮔﻲ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ اﺳﺖ. در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ و ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ رﻗﻢ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮای ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﻟﻮده در ﺳﺎل 1391،ﺗﻌﺪاد 19رﻗﻢ و ﻻﻳﻦ از ارﻗﺎم ﺗﺠﺎرﺗﻲ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺷﺪه اﻳﺮاﻧﻲ و ارﻗﺎم ﺧﺎرﺟﻲ و ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻫﺎی ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺘﻬﺎی اﺻﻼﺣﻲ در ﻣﺆﺳﺴﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﭼﻐﻨﺪرﻗﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ازﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻴﻤﺎری رﻳﺰوﻛﺘﻮﻧﻴﺎ در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ آﻟﻮده ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﺑﻴﻤﺎری در اﺳﺘﺎن آذرﺑﺎﻳﺠﺎن ﻏﺮﺑﻲ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻳﻚ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ 20 رﻗﻤﻲ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﻜﺮار در اﺳﺘﺎن آذرﺑﺎﻳﺠﺎن ﻏﺮﺑﻲ) اﺷﻨﻮﻳﻪ( ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ارﻗﺎم در ﺷﺮاﻳﻄﻲ ﺑﺎ آﻟﻮدﮔﻲ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻻﻳﻦ ﺷﻤﺎره 19 وﻻﻳﻦ ﺷﻤﺎره 20 وﻻﻳﻦ ﺷﻤﺎره16 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﺎ 70/07 و66/10 و 51/81ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد رﻳﺸﻪ و 7/28 و 8/28 و 5/72ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺷﻜﺮ ﺳﻔﻴﺪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻘﻴﻪ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ از ﺑﺮﺗﺮﻳﺖ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ ای ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮدﻧ

Evaluation of some morphological and quality and quantity characteristic resistance to Rhizomania in sugar beet varieties

Abstract
Rhizomania diseases that its casus is necrotic virus was widespread diseases in the main area of the sugar beet cultivation in Iran. The ratio of contamination in the many farms was estimated 45 percent. So it is very difficult to control the disease in the soil. Therefore using of resistance varieties in contaminated farms are very important. In this trial, 19 varieties of Iranian and foreign were compared for rhizoctonoia resistance in west Azerbaijan. This research was conducted in a completely randomized design with 4 replicate in the high contaminated areas in 2013. The analysis of variance showed that there is significant differences between varieties for most of traits in trials..On the basis of the results of 1 location, Iranian variety line 19 and 20 and16 with 70.07 and 66.10and51.81 ton in hectare and18 and 9.33 ton WSY had the highest yield between total of varieties in this experience and can be introduced as very high tolerance Rhizomania variety in contaminated areas of Iran.
