چکیده
ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﺗﻴﻮﺑﺎﺳﻴﻠﻮس و ﻣﻴﺰان ﻛﻮد ﮔﻮﮔﺮدی ﺑﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻛﻤﻲ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺳﻴﺮ )رﻗﻢ ﻫﻤﺪان(، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﭘﺎﻳﻴﺰ ﺳﺎل 1391-92 در ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺳﺎری ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اول ﻛﻮد
ﮔﻮﮔﺮد در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺻﻔﺮ، 50 و 100 ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر و ﻋﺎﻣﻞ دوم ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﺗﻴﻮﺑﺎﺳﻴﻠﻮس در دو ﺳﻄﺢ و ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ و ﻋﺪم ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻗﻄﺮ ﺳﻮخ، وزن ﺗﺮ ﺳﻮخ و وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﺳﻮخ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻳﻚ درﺻﺪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻴﺮﭼﻪ در ﺳﻮخ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. اﺛﺮ ﻣﻘﺪار ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﺑﺮ ﻗﻄﺮ ﺳﻮخ و وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﺳﻮخ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻳﻚ درﺻﺪ و ﺑﺮ وزن ﺗﺮ ﺳﻮخ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻴﭻ ﻳﻚ از ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﻗﺮار ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺞ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻗﻄﺮ ﺳﻮخ، وزن ﺗﺮ ﺳﻮخ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻴﺮﭼﻪ در ﺳﻮخ و وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﺳﻮخ ﺷﺪ. ﻣﺼﺮف ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻗﻄﺮ ﺳﻮخ،وزن ﺗﺮ ﺳﻮخ و وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﺳﻮخ ﺷﺪ.

The effect of sulfur fertilization and inoculation with Thiobacillus on yield an yield components of Hamedan Garlic (Allium sativum L.)

To investigate the effect of thiobacillus bacteria and sulfur levels on the quantitative characteristics of Hamadan garlic, a factorial experiment based on randomized completely block design with three replications was carried out in year 2012-13 in Sari. Sulfur levels was zero, 50 and 100 kg per hectare and thiobacillus bacteria was inoculated and non-inoculated with thiobacillus. Results showed that bulb diameter, bulb fresh weight, bulb dry weight (α=1٪) and bulbs clove numbers (α=5٪) were affected by thiobacillus bacteria. Effect of sulfur on bulb diameter and bulb dry weight (α=1٪) and bulb fresh weight (α=5٪) was significant. Interaction of thiobacillus bacteria × sulfur was not significant. Inoculation with thiobacillus bacteria increased bulb diameter, bulb fresh weight, bulbs clove numbers and bulb dry weight. Sulfur application increased bulb diameter, bulb fresh weight and bulb dry weight.
