چکیده
ﺑﻤﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﺛﺮﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد 60 رﻗﻢ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ ﺳﻴﻨﮕﻞ ﻛﺮاس ذرت داﻧﻪ ای، دو آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﻜﺮار، در دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﻲ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻛﺸﺎورزی و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ ﺧﺮاﺳﺎن رﺿﻮی ﻣﺸﻬﺪ( اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ داده ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﺗﻨﺶ، اﺧﺘﻼف ﺑﻴﻦ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻫﺎ در ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت در ﺳﻄﺢ 1 درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ روش آزﻣﻮن ﭼﻨﺪ داﻣﻨﻪ ای داﻧﻜﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ L4×k1263/1ﺑﺎ 13/30ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر و در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ L10×k1263/1 ﺑﺎ 9/02 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺧﻮﺷﻪ ای در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ را ﺑﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺠﺰا ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﻛﺮد. ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد )10/27 ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه C ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ L28×k1263/1 را ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺪ. اﻳﻦ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ را ﺟﻬﺖ اﺟﺮای ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎی اﺻﻼﺣﻲ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮان ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﻧﻤﻮد.

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of water deficit stress on morphological traits, yield and its components for 60 maize single cross hybrids which was laid out in randomized complete block design (under normal and drought stress conditions), with three replications at Torough Agricultural and Natural Resources Research center located in Mashhad, Iran. Results of ANOVA showed significant differences among single cross hybrids for all measured traits in both conditions. In non-stress or normal condition, hybrids No.4 and in stress condition, hybrids No.9 were the best hybrids for grain yield with 13.30 and 9.02 ton-ha-1, respectively. According to cluster analysis, hybrids were divided into 4 categories. Group C was the best group for grain yield that yielded 10.27 ton-ha-1. Hybrids No.25 can be recommend for using in plant breeding programs.
