چکیده
ﻜﻴﺪه:
ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ روش ﻫﺎﻳﻲ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻴﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ در ﻃﻴﻒ وﺳﻴﻌﻲ از ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد. ﻫﺪف ﻛﻠﻲ اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﻣﻮﺛﺮﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ و ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﻮﺳﻴﻠﻪی ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ و رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻻﻟﻪ واژﮔﻮن ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻳﻚ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در 3 ﺗﻜﺮار ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا در آﻣﺪ. ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اول ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ (0، 1، 2 و 3 درﺻﺪ) و ﻋﺎﻣﻞ دوم ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ(12، 24 و 36 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ) ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎﺗﻲ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ و اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ، وزن ﺗﺮ رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ و وزن ﺗﺮ ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ دادهﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﺛﺮ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ و ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ روی ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد. ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 1 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 36 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ (5/76)، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ )2/65(، وزن ﺗﺮ رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ )39/17(، وزن ﺗﺮ ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ (19/4) و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ )13/05 را ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺑﺎﻳﺪ در ﻧﻈﺮ داﺷﺖ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ و ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن اﻋﻤﺎل ﻧﻘﺶ ﻛﻠﻴﺪی ﺟﻬﺖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﺛﺮات ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ دارد. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 1 درﺻﺪ در ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن 36 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺟﻬﺖ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻛﺎراﻳﻲ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﻻﻟﻪ واژﮔﻮن ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ ﻣﻲﮔﺮدد.

Effect of Osmopriming on seed germination parameters of Fritillaria imperialis

Abstract
Seed priming is one of those methods which leads to increase germination capacity in a wide range of plants. The general aim of this study was determining the most effective concentration and time span of priming by potassium nitrate (KNO3) on germination and seedling growth of Fritillaria imperialis. For this purpose, a 3 replicate 4×3 factorial experiment was performed in randomized complete block design with four levels of osmotic potential (0, 1, 2 and 3%) and time span of priming (12, 24 and 36 hours). Some traits that evaluated and measured include radical length, plumul length, radical fresh weight, plumule fresh weight and germination rate. Analysis of variance showed that effect of osmotic potential level and time span of priming on features under study were significant. KNO3 concentrations of 1% for 36 hours caused the highest radical length (5.76), plumul length (2.65), radical fresh weight (39.17), plumule fresh weight (19.4) and germination rate (13.05). therefore, it should be noticed that concentration KNO3 and time span of its keeping play a key role for using positive effects of priming. Generally, concentration of 1% during 36 hours increase germination traits.
