چکیده
در اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳﻴﻠﻴﻜﻮن ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬور ﻛﻠﺰا (Brassica napus L.) ﺗﺤﺖ ﺳﻤﻴﺖ ﻛﺎدﻣﻴﻮم، ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺳﺎل 1392 ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳﻴﻠﻴﻜﻮن و ﻫﻔﺖ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﻛﺎدﻣﻴﻮم ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮﻫﻤﻜﻨﺶ ﻋﻨﺼﺮ ﺳﻨﮕﻴﻦ و ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ در ﺗﻤﺎم ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ درﺻﺪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ روزاﻧﻪ و ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺗﺎ ﭘﺎﻳﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ( ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺷﺪ. روﻧﺪ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﭘﺎﻳﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ روزاﻧﻪ در ﺗﻤﺎم ﺳﻄﻮح ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳﻴﻠﻴﻜﻮن ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺳﻤﻴﺖ ﻛﺎدﻣﻴﻮم ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﻓﺰاﻳﺸﻲ وﻟﻲ در درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻛﺎﻫﺸﻲ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ 0/098 و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ )0/044 ﺷﻴﺐ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ (0/0001 و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ )0/00004 ﺷﻴﺐ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ روزاﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی 20 و 60 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳﻴﻠﻴﻜﻮن ﺑﻮد. روﻧﺪ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ در ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳﻴﻠﻴﻜﻮن 20 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻛﺎﻫﺸﻲ و در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺻﻔﺮ آن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﻓﺰاﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻮد. در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳﻴﻠﻴﻜﻮن ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ روزاﻧﻪ و ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺗﺎ ﭘﺎﻳﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬور ﻛﻠﺰا ﺗﺤﺖ ﺳﻤﻴﺖ ﻛﺎدﻣﻴﻮم ﺑﻮد.

Effect of nano-silicon priming on germination characteristics of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) under cadmium toxicity

Abstract
The present experiment was designed to evaluate the effect of nano-silicon priming on germination parameters of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) under cadmium (Cd) toxicity. Experiment was conducted in factorial based completely randomized design with three replicated in 2013. Treatment were four levels of nano-silicon priming and seven levels of cadmium nitrated. Results indicated that there was a significant interaction between nanopriming and Cd in terms of all studied parameters including germination percentage and index, daily germination rate and days to final germination. In all nano-silicon levels, final germination and daily germination rate of rapeseed showed an increasing response to cadmium toxicity while germination percentage showed a decline trend. The maximum (-0.098) and the minimum (-0.044) decreasing slop of germination percentage and the maximum (0.0001) and the minimum (0.00004) increasing slope of daily germination rate were observed in 20 and 60 mg/L of nano-silicon. Data change trend for germination index in 20 mg/L of nano-silicon was decreasing while exhibits an increasing trend in control. In conclusion, results indicated a positive effect of nano-silicon on daily germination rate and days to final germination of rapeseed under Cd toxicity.
