چکیده
ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ دﻣﺎی ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﻗﻼ )Vicia faba(، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﺳﺎل 1392 در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮژی ﺑﺬر داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﻛﺸﺎورزی و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ راﻣﻴﻦ ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮای اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ در اﻧﻜﻮﺑﺎﺗﻮرﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ دﻣﺎﻫﺎی ﺛﺎﺑﺖ 8، 12، 16 و 20 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﻮن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ دﻣﺎ زﻣﺎن ﺗﺎ رﺳﻴﺪن ﺑﻪ 50 درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻫﻴﻞ، ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ از 3/04 روز اﻧﻜﻮﺑﺎﺳﻴﻮن در دﻣﺎی 20 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد ﺑﻪ 50 درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ رﺳﻴﺪﻧﺪ. ﺣﺎل آﻧﻜﻪ، اﻳﻦ زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮای دﻣﺎی 8 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد ﻣﻌﺎدل 10/59 روز ﺑﺮآورد ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس روش x-intercept، دﻣﺎی ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﺑﺎﻗﻼ ﻣﻌﺎدل 3/62 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد ﺑﺮآورد ﺷﺪ.

Abstract
To determine the base temperature for germination of faba bean (Vicia faba), a trial in 1392 Seed Technology Laboratory, University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Ramin was Khuzestan. For this purpose, seeds Ankvbatvrhayy with constant temperatures of 8, 12, 16 and 20 ° C were tested for germination . The results showed that the temperature increases the time to reach 50 % of final germination declined. According to the Hill, seeds only after 3/04 days incubation at 20 ° C, 50% germination arrived. But , this time to a temperature of 8 ° C and 59/10 days, respectively. Also, based on x-intercept, base temperature for germination of bean 3/62 ° C, respectively.
