چکیده
ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻨﺶﻫﺎی ﻏﻴﺮ زﻧﺪه ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن زراﻋﻲ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد. ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺑﻴﺴﺖ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار و در دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻲ و دﻳﻢ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎﺗﻲ از ﻗﺒﻴﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و وزن ﻫﺰارداﻧﻪ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪ. ﻃﺒﻖ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻣﺮﻛﺐ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺑﺮای ﺻﻔﺎﺗﻲ ﻧﻈﻴﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ، وزن ﻫﺰارداﻧﻪ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮد. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ 10 ﺑﺎ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ 297/64 ﮔﺮم در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد را در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ 12 ﺑﺎ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ 187/60 ﮔﺮم در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد را در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.

Evaluation of Bread Wheat Genotypes Under Normal and water Stress Conditions

Abstract
Drought is one of the most important abiotic environmental that reduces crop yield is. The present study was aimed to evaluate twenty bread wheat genotipes, using completely randomized block design with three replications in both irrigated and rainfed conditions. Traits such as yield, biological yield, harvest index, number spike, spike length, high plant and thousand grain weight were measured. According to the results of the combined analysis, environmental effects was significant for biological yield, 1000 kernel weight, plant height and spike length. Mean separation lest for yield showed that genotype 10 with an average of 297.64 gr/m2 had highest yield in non-stress conditions. Genotype 12 with an average of 187.60 gr/m2 is the lowest performance in stress environment.
