چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ واﻛﻨﺶ ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎی اﻳﻨﺒﺮد ﻧﻮﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻛﻢآﺑﻲ و ﮔﺮوهﺑﻨﺪی آنﻫﺎ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﺳﺎل 1391، ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻃﺮح ﻛﺮتﻫﺎی ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر اﺻﻠﻲ دو ﺳﻄﺢ آﺑﻴﺎری و ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﻓﺮﻋﻲ 38 ﻻﻳﻦ اﻳﻨﺒﺮد ﻧﻮﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه واﻟﺪﻳﻦ )زاﮔﺮس و ﻧﻮرﺳﺘﺎر( ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن از ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮدن اﺧﺘﻼف ﺑﻴﻦ دو ﺳﻄﺢ آﺑﻴﺎری از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﺻﻐﺎت ﺑﻪ ﻏﻴﺮ از ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ داﺷﺖ. ﺑﻴﻦ ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎ و ارﻗﺎم از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺷﺪه ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. وﻟﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﻻﻳﻦ × ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻴﺎری ﺑﺮای ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻏﻴﺮﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺧﻮﺷﻪای ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﻪ روش Ward و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دادهﻫﺎی اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺷﺪه، ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎ را ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﻣﻨﺘﺴﺐ ﻛﺮد و ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ اﻳﻦ ﮔﺮوهﺑﻨﺪی را ﺗﺎﻳﻴﺪ ﻛﺮد. اﻧﺤﺮاف از ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮔﺮوه اول ﺑﺎ داﺷﺘﻦ ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎی 26، 265، 45 و300 از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﮔﺮوه ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﺑﻮد.

Classification of bread wheat recombinant inbred line under different irrigation conditions Based on morphological and agronomic traits

Abstract
To evaluate response of bread wheat recombinant inbred lines to water deficit stress and their grouping, an experiment was conducted using split plot design based on completely randomized blocks design with three replications during 1391. The main and sub-factor consisted of two irrigation levels 38 recombination inbred lines along with their parents (Zagros and Norestar) respectively. Analysis of variance revealed significant difference between irrigated levels for all the studied traits except spike length. Differences among Lines and cultivars were significant for all the traits. But line × irrigation interaction was not significant for non of the traits. Cluster analysis using Ward algorithm and based on standardized data all the traits assigned the lines into three groups and analysis canonical confirmed the grouping. Based on group mean division from overall mean, group 1, consisted of lines number 26, 265, 45 and 300 was identified as superior cluster.
