چکیده
ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻓﺮاﻳﻨﺪﻫﺎی ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﭼﺎی ﺗﺮش ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮژی ﺑﺬر داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﺮﻛﺮد در ﺳﺎل 1392 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر اول ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ )0، 0/5، 1 و 1/5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﻮﻻر و ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر دوم ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ )0، 2- ، 4- و 6 ﺑﺎر( ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ، ﺿﺮﻳﺐ آﻟﻮﻣﺘﺮی و وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﮔﻴﺎه در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲرﺳﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل و ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ ﺑﻪﻛﺎر ﺑﺮدن ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺘﻲ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪﻫﺎی ﭼﺎی ﺗﺮش ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻣﻲﮔﺮدد.

Effects of salicylic acid pretreatment on seedling grought of Hibiscus sabdariffa under Drought stress

Abstract
In order to evaluate the effect of salicylic acid pretreatment on germination indices of Hibiscus sabdariffa under drought stress, a experiment arranged as factorial in RCBD design with three replications at Research Station of Shahrekord University in 2013. The first factor include different concentrations of salicylic acid in four levels (0, 0/5, 1 and 1/5 mM) and the second factor of drought in four levels (0, -2, -4 and -6 bar). The results showed that with increasing drought stress radicle length, plumule lenght, seedling dry weight and allometry coeficient is significantly decreased. Seed priming with salicylic acid, which increases the resistance of plants versus drought. Higher concentrations of salicylic acid seems to increase in all the parameters studied were in the control and stress condition. So to apply the protective compounds cause improvement of seedling Roselle under the drought stress.
