چکیده
اﻣﺮوزه اﻏﻠﺐ داﻧﺸﻤﻨﺪان ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺟﻮی زراﻋﻲ از ﺟﻮی وﺣﺸﻲ Hordeum spontaneumﻣﻨﺸﺎء ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ، ﺑﺎ اﻳﻦ ﺣﺎل ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻧﻴﺴﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻓﺮآﻳﻨﺪ اﻫﻠﻲ ﺷﺪن اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه ﻓﻘﻂ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻫﻼل ﺣﺎﺻﻠﺨﻴﺰ اﺗﻔﺎق اﻓﺘﺎده و ﻳﺎ اﻳﻦ روﻧﺪ در ﻧﻘﺎط ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﻲ از ﺟﻬﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن ﺑﻪ وﻗﻮع ﭘﻴﻮﺳﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﻴﻦ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﻳﺎ ﻣﺮاﻛﺰ اﺻﻠﻲ ﺗﻨﻮع و اﻫﻠﻲ ﺷﺪن ﮔﻴﺎه ﺟﻮ،266 ﺟﻮی وﺣﺸﻲ H. spontaneum از ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻘﻲ واﻗﻊ در ﻫﻼل ﺣﺎﺻﻠﺨﻴﺰ و ﺧﺎرج از آن ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه44 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺟﻮی زراﻋﻲ از ﻧﻘﺎط ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ دﻧﻴﺎ از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ ISSR ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺗﻨﻮع در ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﺗﻨﻮع ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪه در ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻫﻼل ﺣﺎﺻﻠﺨﻴﺰ ﺑﻄﻮر ﻧﺴﺒﻲ در ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﻫﺎی ﺧﺎرج از ﻫﻼل )0/79 ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻫﻼل ﺣﺎﺻﻠﺨﻴﺰ را ﻣﻴﺘﻮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺗﻨﻮع ﺟﻮﻫﺎی وﺣﺸﻲ H. spontaneum ﺑﻪ ﺣﺴﺎب آورد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی زراﻋﻲ اﻣﺮوزی ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ از ﻧﻘﺎط ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ دﻧﻴﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی وﺣﺸﻲ ﻋﺮاق و ﺗﺮﻛﻴﻪ ﺷﺒﻴﻪ ﺗﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاﻳﻦ اﺳﺎس ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮان ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮی ﻛﺮد ﻛﻪ اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻻً ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی زراﻋﻲ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ دﻳﮕﺮ از اﻳﻦ ﻧﻮاﺣﻲ ﻛﺮد ﻧﺸﻴﻦ ﻣﻨﺸﺎء ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ.

Assessment of genetic diversity of wild and cultivated barley populations using inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers

Monireh Rahimi,Eslam Majidi Hervan,Mostafa Valizadeh,Farshad Ebrahimpour,Roham Eshghi Today, most scientists accepted that domestication of barley is assumed to have taken place from Hordeum vulgare L. subsp. Spontaneum, however, it is not clear whether cultivated barley is of monophyletic origin or the domestication events happened in other parts of the world besides the Fertile Crescent. In this study in order to determine the center or centers of diversity and domestication of barley, 266 wild barley H. spontaneum in the Fertile Crescent region and beyond, with 44 samples of barley crops around the world through ISSR markers were examined The results of genetic diversity in populations showed that the overall variability observed in the Fertile Crescent populations(0.89) compared to the relative populations outside the Fertile Crescent (0.79) were higher . Results of data analysis showed that the Fertile Crescent region can be seen as an important center of diversity of wild H. spontaneum into account. Also studied samples from different parts of the world 's crop genetic samples were more similar to the wild Iraq and Turkey. Accordingly, we conclude that other areas may crop samples were taken from these areas Kurdistan origin.
