چکیده
وﺟﻮد روﺷﻲ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮای ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺳﺮﻣﺎی دﻳﺮرس ﺑﻬﺎره اﻫﻤﻴﺖ زﻳﺎدی دارد. ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ در ﺑﻬﺎر ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮوع رﺷﺪ ﮔﻨﺪم و ﻫﻢزﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ رﺷﺪی ﺣﺴﺎس ﮔﻴﺎه )ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ( اﺗﻔﺎق ﻣﻲاﻓﺘﺪ، ﺳﺮﻣﺎی دﻳﺮرس ﺑﻬﺎره ﻧﺎﻣﻴﺪه ﻣﻲﺷﻮد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ اﻟﻘﺎی ﺗﻨﺶ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ، اﺛﺮات آن را در ارﻗﺎم راﻳﺞ ﺑﻮﺳﻴﻠﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﻏﺸﺎی ﺳﻮﻟﻲ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻣﻲﻧﻤﺎﻳﺪ. ﺷﺒﻴﻪﺳﺎزی ﺗﻨﺶ در ﻣﻘﻴﺎس زادوﻛﺲ 50-68، ﺑﻪ روش آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎﻫﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺸﺖ اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻟﻴﺖﻫﺎ ﺑﻪروش Bertin و ﻫﻤﻜﺎران 1996 و ﭘﺮاﻛﺴﻴﺪاﺳﻴﻮن ﻟﻴﭙﻴﺪﻫﺎ ﺑﻪروش De vos و ﻫﻤﻜﺎران اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺻﻔﺖ ﻧﺸﺖ اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻟﻴﺖﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد، ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﻨﺶ ﺳﺮﻣﺎی دﻳﺮرس ﺑﻬﺎره و اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ رﻗﻢ در ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﻨﺶ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری در ﺳﻄﺢ 5 دارﻧﺪ. ارﻗﺎم ﺑﺰوﺳﺘﺎﻳﺎ و زارع ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﭘﺎﻳﺪاری ﻏﺸﺎ را در ﺳﻄﻮح دﻣﺎﻳﻲ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ارﻗﺎم و رﻗﻢ آذر2 ﻧﺎﭘﺎﻳﺪاری ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی را دارد. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺻﻔﺖ ﭘﺮاﻛﺴﻴﺪاﺳﻴﻮن ﻟﻴﭙﻴﺪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد، ارﻗﺎم اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل 1 دارﻧﺪ و ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ آنﻫﺎ را ﺑﻪ 2 ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﻧﻤﻮد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻛﻼﺳﺘﺮ ارﻗﺎم ﺑﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺳﺒﻼن و آذر2 در ﮔﺮوه ﺣﺴﺎس، اروم در ﮔﺮوه ﻧﻴﻤﻪﺣﺴﺎس، زارع و ﺑﺰوﺳﺘﺎﻳﺎ در ﮔﺮوه ﻧﻴﻤﻪﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ و ﭘﻴﺸﮕﺎم در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ.

Electrolyte leakage and lipid peroxidation, indicator to assess the level of tolerance to late spring low temperature stress in bread wheat (Triticum aestivum) cultivars

Abstract
eing an effective way for evaluating late spring low temperature tolerant varieties is important. The cold occurs when low temperatures coincide with sensitive (flowering stage) plant growth stage is called late spring low temperature stress. Therefore, the present research with inducing stress in flowering stage, aims to analysis its effects in common varieties by physiological traits associated with membrane. Stress simulation was performed using Zadoks 50-68 code. Electrolyte leakage and lipid peroxidation were conducted by Bertin, et al. (1996) and De vos, et al (1991), respectively. The variance analysis results of Electrolyte leakage revealed that cold stress levels and variety interaction effect in stress levels had significant effects. Bezostaya and Zare varieties had the highest stability in difference temperature levels than other varieties and Azar2 had the highest instability.The variance analysis results of lipid peroxidation showed that varieties
had significant effects in 1% level and mean compares divided it into two groups. According to the results of the cluster analysis data were divided into four groups that Sabalan and Azar2 in the sensitive group, Erom in the semi sensitive group, Zare and Bezostaya in moderately tolerant group and Pisgham in tolerant group were.
