چکیده
رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ(Foeniculum vulgare . Mill) از ﻗﺪﻳﻤﻲﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن داروﻳﻲ و ادوﻳﻪای اﻳﺮان اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ اﻣﺮوزه از آن در ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ ﻏﺬاﻳﻲ، داروﻳﻲ،آراﻳﺸﻲ و ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﻲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻲﺷﻮد. اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺻﻔﺎت زراﻋﻲ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد در ﻧﺘﺎج ﻧﺴﻞ اول ﺳﻪ رﻗﻢ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﮕﻲ و ﻫﻔﺖ واﻟﺪ ﺑﺮﺗﺮ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻴﺎری ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﭘﺲ از 60 و 120 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﺘﺮ ﺗﺒﺨﻴﺮ از ﺗﺸﺘﻚ ﺗﺒﺨﻴﺮ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ( ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺮﻛﺐ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮات ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﺑﺮای ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد. ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺳﺒﺐ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﻞ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﭼﺘﺮ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮک در ﭼﺘﺮ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺷﺪه و ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎی زراﻋﻲ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ارﻗﺎم ﺳﺎﺧﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﺎ واﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ اﻳﻦ رﻗﻢﻫﺎ دارای وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎی ﺧﻮﺑﻲ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﺎﻻ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﻲ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮک در ﭼﺘﺮ، و ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﭼﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﻻ و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ از اﻳﻦ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﻲﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ارﻗﺎم ﺗﺠﺎری ﺑﺎ ﭘﺎﻳﺪاری ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻛﺮد.

Evaluation of drought stress and normal irrigation on morphological traits and yield of synthetic cultivars and their elite parents (Foeniculum vulgaer Mill)

Abstract
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) belongs to the Apiaceae family, is native to Mediterranean regions, is a biennial or perennial herb, and has feathery leaves and golden yellow flowers. Fennel is used for various purposes in the food, cosmetic, and medical industries. In this study, morphological traits and yield of 3 synthetic cultivars and their 7 elite parents of Iranian fennel under drought stress and normal irrigation were evaluated. Experiments were arranged as randomized complete block design in three replications with irrigation treatments (Irrigation after 60 mm, and 120 mm after flowering stage). The results indicated that all of the traits were significantly affected by ecotype and drought stress. Drought stress resulted in decreasing plant height, umbels per plant, seeds per umbel, umbelets per umbel, number of leaves and yield. The synthetic cultivar showed better properties containing desirable traits like higher yield than their parents. Finally based on yield and other desirable agronomic traits, it was recognized that these synthetic cultivars are suitable to be commercial cultivars.
