چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮات ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت درﺻﺪ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﻴﻦ، ﻛﺮﺑﻮﻫﻴﺪرات و ﻣﻴﺰان ﭘﺮوﻟﻴﻦ ﺑﺮگ، درﻫﻔﺖ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ ذرت،ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻃﺮح اﺳﭙﻠﻴﺖﭘﻼت در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر آﺑﻴﺎری در ﺳﻪ رژﻳﻢ ﻧﻴﺎز آﺑﻲ، ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر اﺻﻠﻲ و ﻫﻔﺖ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ ذرت ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﻓﺮﻋﻲ اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ، ﻫﺒﻴﺮﻳﺪ و اﺛﺮات ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺮ روی ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎی ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد. در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ، ﻣﻘﺪار ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﻴﻦ، ﻛﺮﺑﻮﻫﻴﺪرات و ﭘﺮوﻟﻴﻦ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ از ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺑﺪون ﺗﻨﺶ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺷﺪت ﺗﻨﺶ، ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﺠﻤﻊ ﭘﺮوﻟﻴﻦ درﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺑﺮﮔﻲ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺷﺪهاﺳﺖ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﻴﻦ درﺳﻴﻨﻜﻞﻛﺮاس302 در ﺗﻨﺶ دوره زاﻳﺸﻲ و ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻛﺮﺑﻮﻫﻴﺪرات در ﺳﻴﻨﻜﻞ ﻛﺮاس301 در دوره زاﻳﺸﻲ و ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﭘﺮوﻟﻴﻦ در ﺳﻴﻨﻜﻞﻛﺮاس500 در دوره ﭘﺮ ﺷﺪن داﻧﻪ اﺳﺖ.

Study the effect of drought stress on protein, proline and carbohydrates in some corn hybrids in moghan.

Abstract
In order to study the effect of drought stress on total protein, carbohydrate and proline, an experiment was conducted as split plot using randomized complete block design with three replications. The main plot consist of three irrigation regime and seven corn hybrids were considered as sub-plot Analysis of variance showed significant differences among irrigation for all studied physiological parameters. In drought condition, the amount of total protein, carbohydrate and proline were higher as compared with non-stress condition. With the increase of stress intensity, accumulation of proline was increased in leaves. The highest amount of total protein was observed in SC302 in stress on Anthesis stage. SC301 had the highest carbohydrate content in stress on Anthesis stage and the highest amount of proline was observed in stress condition on grain filling period.
