چکیده
رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ ( Foeniculum vulgare ) از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﭘﺮﻣﺼﺮفﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن داروﻳﻲ ﺗﻴﺮه ﭼﺘﺮﻳﺎن ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻋﻤﺪﺗﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از آن در ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ داروﻳﻲ، ﻏﺬاﻳﻲ، آراﻳﺸﻲ و ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﻲ ﻣﻮرد ﻛﺸﺖ ﻗﺮار ﻣﻲﮔﻴﺮد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از ﭘﻠﻲ اﺗﻴﻠﻦ ﮔﻠﻴﻜﻮل )PEG( و اﻧﺪازه ﺑﺬر ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ در 15 اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗ رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ،آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر و 3 ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﻧﺪازه ﺑﺬر در 3 ﺳﻄﺢ )درﺷﺖ، رﻳﺰ وﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ(، رﻗﻢ در 15 ﺳﻄﺢ و ﺳﻄﻮح ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در 4 ﺳﻄﺢ )0، 1/5- ، 3 ﺑﺎر( ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ اﻧﺪازه ﺑﺬر، رﻗﻢ و ﺳﻄﻮح ﺧﺸﻜﻲ واﺟﺪ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮری ﻛﻪ ﺑﺬور ﺑﺎ اﻧﺪازه ﺑﺰرگ دارای درﺻﺪ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺬور رﻳﺰ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲرﺳﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺬور درﺷﺖ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ از ﺧﻮد ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ رﻗﻢ رﻓﺴﻨﺠﺎن و ﺳﻨﻨﺪج در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ دارﻧﺪ.

Evaluation of drought stress and seed size on growth properties of Iranian Fennels (Foeniculum vulgaer Mill)

Abstract
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) belongs to the Apiaceae family, is native to Mediterranean regions, is a biennial or perennial herb, and has feathery leaves and golden yellow flowers. Fennel is used for various purposes in the food, cosmetic, and medical industries. The increasing commercial value of fennel necessitates the need to develop elite ecotypes with high desired traits. In agronomy operations in term of cost reduction of production (thinning, weeding and…) and increase of yield, one of the desired properties is good early establishment. In this study, the effects of drought stress (0, -1/5, -3 and -4/5 bar) and seed size (large, medium and small) of seed of 15 ecotypes of Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) from different part of Iran on germination and growth properties were evaluated. The results indicated that all of the traits were significantly affected by seed size, ecotype and drought stress, so that larger seeds had the highest percentage and speed of germination, length of root and length of stem. As conclusion, larger seed are more tolerable to drought stress also ecotypes of Sanandaj and Rafsanjan were the most tolerable ecotypes against drought stress.
