چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻣﺮﻓﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﻣﻨﺘﺨﺐ ﺑﺮﻧﺞ، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1392 در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪای واﻗﻊ در ﺟﻮﻳﺒﺎر ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ارﻗﺎم داﺧﻠﻲ )2 رﻗﻢ( و ﺧﺎرﺟﻲ )5 ﻻﻳﻦ( ارﺳﺎﻟﻲ از ﻣﺮﻛﺰ IRRI ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎت اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪه ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺧﻮﺷﻪ، SPAD ﺑﺮگ زﻳﺮ ﺑﺮگ ﭘﺮﭼﻢ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﺑﺎرور، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻮدهاﻧﺪ.آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺷﻮری روی ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﺑﺮگ،ﻃﻮل ﺧﻮﺷﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ و روی وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﺑﺎرور در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد. در ﺣﺎﻟﻴﻜﻪ، اﺛﺮ آن روی ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﻧﺸﺪ. رﻗﻢ TAROM و ﻻﻳﻦ FL478 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﻻﻳﻦ SL10 و رﻗﻢ TAROM ﺑﺘﺮﺗﻴﺐ دارای ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. رﻗﻢ ﺷﻴﺮودی دارای ﺑﻴﺶﺗﺮﻳﻦ، وﻟﻲ ﻻﻳﻦSL13 دارای ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﺑﺎرور ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻻﻳﻦ SL12 و ﻻﻳﻦ FL478 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﻃﻮﻳﻞﺗﺮﻳﻦ و ﻛﻮﺗﺎهﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻃﻮل ﺧﻮﺷﻪ را دارا ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻻﻳﻦ SL12 ﺑﻴﺶﺗﺮﻳﻦ و رﻗﻢ TAROM ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ

Study of salinity stress on physiological and morphological characteristics and yield of rice selected lines

hoo.comIn order to evaluate morphological characteristics and yield components of selected rice genotypes to salinity stress, a field experiment was carried out in RCBD with three replications in 2013. Seven rice genotypes were studied as treatments including: FL478, SL10, SL11, SL12, SL13, Shirodi, Tarom). In this research we measured some agronomic treats such as: Plant height (PH), panicle length (PL), number of effective tillers (NT), flag leaf SPAD, 1000 grain weight and Yield. Analysis of data showed that the effect of salt stress on PH, leaf SPAD and PL was significant at 1 % level; on NT and 1000 GW at 5 % level. But, no significant effect was found on yield. For PH, Tarom and FL47 had the highest and lowest height, respectively. The line of SL10 and Tarom had the most SPAD and the least one, respectively. The line of SL12 and the line of FL478 had the most panicle length and the least one, respectively. For 1000 grain weight, SL12 and Tarom were the heaviest and lightest .For NT, Shirodi and SL13 had the most and least number of effective tillers, respectively. Based on this experiment, salt affect was no significant on Yield.
