چکیده
رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ ( Foeniculum vulgare mill ) در اﻳﺮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻳﻚ ﮔﻴﺎه داروﻳﻲ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد. در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ واﻛﻨﺶ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ دﻣﺎ )10، 15، 20، 25، 30 و 35 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد( در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﻛﺸﺎورزی و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ ﮔﺮﮔﺎن در ﺳﺎل 1392 ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. 50 ﻋﺪد ﺑﺬر رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ ﺿﺪﻋﻔﻮﻧﻲ و ﺑﺮ روی دو ﻋﺪد ﻛﺎﻏﺬ ﺣﻮﻟﻪای ﭼﻴﺪه ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺷﻤﺎرش ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزده، ﭘﺲ از 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ از ﺷﺮوع آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت روزاﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 14 روز ﻣﺘﻮاﻟﻲ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. واﻛﻨﺶ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﻪ دﻣﺎ در 50 درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳﻪ ﻣﺪل رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮﻧﻲ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺧﻄﻲ )ﻣﺪلﻫﺎی دوﺗﻜﻪای، دﻧﺪانﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ و ﺑﺘﺎ( ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﻣﺪل دﻧﺪانﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺪل ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮای اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻣﺪل ﺑﺮﺗﺮ از ﻣﻌﻴﺎرﻫﺎی ﺟﺬر ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﺮﺑﻌﺎت ﺧﻄﺎ، ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﺗﺒﻴﻴﻦ، ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ و ﺿﺮاﻳﺐ رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮن ﺳﺎده ﺧﻄﻲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ .دﻣﺎﻫﺎی ﻛﺎردﻳﻨﺎل در 50 درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دﻣﺎی ﭘﺎﻳﻪ 7 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد، دﻣﺎی ﺑﻬﻴﻨﻪ ﺗﺤﺘﺎﻧﻲ و ﻓﻮﻗﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ 15 و 18 و دﻣﺎی ﺳﻘﻒ 31/53 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد ﺑﻮد.

Fennel ( Foeniculum vulgare mill) known in the world as a valuable medicinal plant. In this study, This study was aimed to quantify germination response of Fennel temperature. For this purpose, seeds were
exposed to different constant temperatures (10, 15 , 20, 25, 30 and 35 ) in Seed Research Lab., Gorgan University of Agriculture Science and Natural Resources in 2013. 50 seeds of Fennel disinifection and were arranged two paper towel. Computation germinated seeds after 24 hours of testing was done on a daily basis for 14 consecutive days. Assessment of three nonlinear regression models including segmented, dent-like and beta models base on 50% germination revealed that dent-like model was superior to other models. To select the best model from ,Root Mean Square Error, correlation coefficient and linear regression coefficients were used as statistical indices. Base on the superior model (dent-like), base, optimum lower an upper
temperature and ceiling temperatures were estimated as 7, 15, 18 and 31.53 , respectively.
