چکیده
ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ ﺑﻮدن ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺳﺪﻳﻢ ﺳﻴﺘﻮزوﻟﻲ و اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻳﻮن ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺪﻳﻢ ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﻌﻴﺎرﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺷﻮری اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺳﺪﻳﻢ، ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻌﻴﺎرﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻮری، ﭘﺎﻧﺰده رﻗﻢ ﻛﻠﺰا آدرﻳﺎﻧﺎ، زرﻓﺎم، اﻛﺎﭘﻲ، ﻛﺮج1، ﻃﻼﻳﻪ، ﻛﻮﭘﺮ، SLM046 ،Karun ،Champlain ،NK-Alamir ،NK-Karibik ،NK-Octans ،NK-Avaitor ،Modenaو Opera( در ﻳﻚ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮری )1/2و 6/2 و9/3 دﺳﻲ زﻳﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ( ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﻮری در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺑﺮﮔﻲ ﺑﺮ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪﻫﺎ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻃﻲ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺗﺠﻤﻊ ﻳﻮن ﺳﺪﻳﻢ در ﺷﺎﺧﺴﺎره و رﻳﺸﻪ ﮔﻴﺎه اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻲﻳﺎﺑﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان آن ﺑﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﻪ رﻗﻢ داﺷﺖ. رﻗﻢ SLM046 دارای ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺪﻳﻢ ﺷﺎﺧﺴﺎره و رﻳﺸﻪ و رﻗﻢ ﻛﻮﭘﺮ دارای ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺪﻳﻢ ﺷﺎﺧﺴﺎره و رﻳﺸﻪ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر دﺳﺘﻪﺑﻨﺪی رﻗﻢﻫﺎ و ﺗﻔﻜﻴﻚ رﻗﻢﻫﺎی ﻣﻘﺎوم و ﺣﺴﺎس ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﻳﻮﻧﻲ از روش ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی اﺻﻠﻲ و ﻧﻤﻮدار ﺑﺎیﭘﻼت اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. رﻗﻢ SLM046 ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞﺗﺮﻳﻦ و رﻗﻢ ﻛﻮﭘﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺣﺴﺎسﺗﺮﻳﻦ رﻗﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻮری ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪﻧﺪ.

Evaluation of sodium and potassium contents and their ratio in fifteen rapeseed cultivars in different salinity levels

Abstract
Low concentration of cytosolic sodium and increased ratio of potassium to sodium ions is considered as a significant factor for salt tolerance. To examine Na, K and their ratio as the criteria for salt tolerance, fifteen rapeseed cultivars (Adriana, Zarfam, Okapi, Karaj I, Talaye, Cooper, Modena, NK-Aviator, NK-Octans, NK-Karibik, NK-Alamir, Champlain, Karun ALM046 and Opera) were examined in a factorial experiment by a totally random design including three repetitions for three different salinity levels (1.2, 6.2 and 9.3 dS/m). The saline treatment was applied to the seedlings at four-leaf phase. The results revealed that as a result of salt stress, the shoot and root experienced increased accumulation of sodium ions and the degree of such an increase depended on the cultivar. The cultivar of SLM046 showed the highest ratio of Potassium to Sodium in the shoot and root while the cultivar Cooper had the lowest ratio. Principle Component Analysis (PCA) and Biplot graph were used to classify the cultivars and to differentiate tolerant and intolerant cultivars based on the number of ions. Cultivar SLM046 was identified as the most salt tolerant and cultivar cooper as the most salt intolerant cultivar.
