چکیده
ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﺗﻴﻮﺑﺎﺳﻴﻠﻮس و ﻛﻮد ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﺳﻴﺮ ﻣﺤﻠﻲ ﺳﺎری، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1391-92 در ﺳﺎری ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮔﻮﮔﺮد در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺻﻔﺮ، 50 و 100 ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر( و ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﺗﻴﻮﺑﺎﺳﻴﻠﻮس در دو ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ و ﻋﺪم ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ( ﺑﻮد. در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻗﻄﺮ ﺳﻮخ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، وزن ﺗﺮ اﻧﺪامﻫﺎی ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ، وزن ﺗﺮ ﺳﻮخ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻴﺮﭼﻪ در ﺳﻮخ و درﺻﺪ ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﺳﻮخ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻗﻄﺮ ﺳﻮخ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻳﻚ درﺻﺪ و ارﺗﻔﺎع و وزن ﺗﺮ ﺳﻮخ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻗﻄﺮ ﺳﻮخ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻳﻚ درﺻﺪ و وزن ﺗﺮ ﺳﻮخ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻘﺪار ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی × ﻣﺼﺮف ﮔﻮﮔﺮد در ﻣﻮرد ﻫﻴﭻﻛﺪام از ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﻧﺸﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻗﻄﺮ ﺳﻮخ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و وزن ﺗﺮ ﺳﻮخ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺳﻴﺮﭼﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﺗﻴﻮﺑﺎﺳﻴﻠﻮس ﺑﻪﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﺎ 46/26 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﺘﺮ، 69/77 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﻣﺘﺮ و 44/34 ﮔﺮم ﺑﻮد. ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻋﺪم ﺗﻠﻴﻘﺢ ﺳﻴﺮﭼﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﺑﻪﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﺎ 43/53 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﺘﺮ، 66/5 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﻣﺘﺮ و 41/71 ﮔﺮم ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻗﻄﺮ و وزن ﺗﺮ ﺳﻮخ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻣﺼﺮف 100 ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﮔﻮﮔﺮد در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﺑﻪﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﺎ 45/83 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﺘﺮ و 44/7 ﮔﺮم ﺑﻮد.

The effect of sulfur fertilization and inoculation with Thiobacillus on yield an yield components of Sari Garlic

Abstract
To investigate the effect of thiobacillus bacteria and sulfur fertilizer on yield and some characteristics of local garlic of Sari, an experiment as factorial based on Randomized Completely Block Design with three replications was carried out in 2013 in Sari. Factors was sulfur in three levels (zero, 50 and 100 kg per hectare) and inoculation with thiobacillus bacteria in two levels (inoculated and none inoculated). In this research bulb diameter, plant height, fresh weight of shoots, bulbs fresh, weight, number of cloves and percentage of sulfur was studied. The results showed that bulb diameter (α=0.01), plant height and bulbs fresh weight (α=0.05) was affected by inoculation with thiobacillus bacteria. bulb diameter (α=0.01) and bulbs fresh weight (α=0.05) was affected by sulfur fertilizer. Iinteraction between inoculation and sulfur showed no significant differences in all traits. The highest bulb diameter, plant height and bulbs fresh weight was related to the clove which was Inoculated with thiobacillus bacteria with 46.26 mm, 69.77 cm andd 44.34 gr. The lowest amount of this traits belonged to none Inoculation with 43.53 mm, 41.71 gr and 66.5 cm respectively. The highest of bulb diameter and fresh weight of was related to consumption of 100 kg per hectare sulfur with 45.83mm and 44.70 gr.
