چکیده
اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ در ﺳﺎل 1392ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻋﻠﻮم ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﮔﻴﻼن اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺬر ﺧﺸﻚ، ﺑﺬر ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ ﺷﺪه در آب و در ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﻫﺎی 0/2، 0/4 و 0/6 ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﻣﻮﻻر ﻣﺘﻴﻞ ﺟﺎﺳﻤﻮﻧﺎت ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮری ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از NaCl )0، 1، 2 و 3 دﺳﻲ زﻳﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ( ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﺮ ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ، درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮف. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ روشﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ در ﻣﻮرد ﺻﻔﺎت درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺬر ﺧﺸﻚ ﺑﻮد و ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻛﺮدن ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ و ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮش دﻫﻲ ﺑﺮﻫﻤﻜﻨﺶ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ در ﺷﻮری ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ در ﺗﻤﺎم ﺳﻄﻮح ﺷﻮری در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻫﺎی ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ و ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل 0/2 درﺻﺪ ﻣﺘﻴﻞ ﺟﺎﺳﻤﻮﻧﺎت ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ در ﺣﺎﻟﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺑﺮشدﻫﻲ ﺑﺮﻫﻤﻜﻨﺶﻫﺎ در ﻣﻮرد ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﻳﻦ وﻳﮋﮔﻲ در ﺗﻤﺎم ﺳﻄﻮح ﺷﻮری ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ و ﻣﺤﻠﻮل 0/2 درﺻﺪ ﻣﺘﻴﻞ ﺟﺎﺳﻤﻮﻧﺎت در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺬر ﺧﺸﻚ ﻫﻢ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. در ﻛﻞ، ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﭘﻴﺶﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺬور ذرت ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺳﺒﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺷﻮد و از اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﺗﻔﺎوﺗﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ ﺑﺎ آب ﺧﺎﻟﺺ و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﺘﻴﻞ ﺟﺎﺳﻤﻮﻧﺎت وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد.

Effect of pretreatment with methyl jasmonate on the germination characteristics of maize (Zea Mays L.) seeds under saline conditions

Abstract
CRD based factorial experiment with three replications was conducted in Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, University of Guilan in 2014. Dry seeds, hydropriming and in 0.2, 0.4, and 0.5 µM methyl jasmonate and four salinity levels (0, 1, 2 and 3 dSm-1) were considered as treatments. Results showed that different pretreatments had significant effect on root length, shoot length, germination percentage and germination rate. Root and shoot length were affected by salinity. The lowest germination percentage and shoot length was observed in dry seed treatment, according to mean comparisons. So, it could be concluded that pretreatment resulted to significant increase in germination percentage and shoot length.Slicing the priming by salinity interaction showed that the rate of germination at all salinity levels has been significantly affected by hydropriming and priming with 0.2 µM methyl Jasmonate solution. However, it showed that root length was significantly affected by hydropriming, 0.2 µM methyl Jasmonate solution as well as dry seeds in all salinity levels. . Overall, it could be concluded that corn seed pretreatment can improve seed germination with no difference among methyl jasmonate and hydro priming.
