چکیده
در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ 32 اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗ رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ 9 آﻏﺎزﮔﺮ RAPD و 6 آﻏﺎزﮔﺮ ISSR ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. آﻏﺎزﮔﺮ RAPD
در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع 106 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﭼﻨﺪ ﺷﻜﻞ و ﺗﻮﺳﻂ آﻏﺎزﮔﺮ ISSR ، 72 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﭼﻨﺪ ﺷﻜﻞ اﻳﺠﺎد ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ دادهﻫﺎی آﻏﺎزﮔﺮ رﭘﻴﺪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﻲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻧﻲ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ h=0/3739 و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ ﺷﺎﻧﻮن )i( ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ0/552 ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ دادهﻫﺎی ISSR ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎh =0/2944 و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺷﺎﻧﻮن 0/4563 ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺧﻮﺷﻪای اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ روش UPGMA، اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ را در 17 ﮔﺮوه دﺳﺘﻪﺑﻨﺪی ﻛﺮد .ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس اﻃﻼﻋﺎت آﻏﺎزﮔﺮﻫﺎی رﭘﻴﺪ و ISSR ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﺑﺎ ﻣﻨﺸﺎء ﻧﺰدﻳﻚ ﻧﻴﺮﻳﺰ و ﻛﺮﻣﺎن ، آﺑﺎده و ﺑﺠﺴﺘﺎن( ﻛﻪ دارای ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ ﻛﻤﺘﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ در ﻳﻚ ﮔﺮوه ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. در ﻣﻮاردی )اﻫﻮاز، ﺑﺮازﺟﺎن، ﻛﺎﺷﺎن، ﺳﺮدﺷﺖ و ﺧﻮﺳﻒ و ﻳﺎ اﻳﻼم و ﮔﻨﺎﺑﺎد( ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ از ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺟﻐﺮاﻓﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﺗﺒﻌﻴﺖ ﻧﻜﺮده و ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻨﺸﺎء ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت از ﻧﻈﺮ اﻗﻠﻴﻢ در ﻳﻚ ﮔﺮوه ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ.

ASSESSMENT of GENETIC DIVERSITY in 32 ECOTYPES of FENNEL by RAPD AND ISSR MARKERS

Abstract
The genetic diversity of 32 ecotypes of fennel was studied by 6 ISSR and 9 RAPD primers. A total of 106 and 72 polymorphic DNA fragments were amplified. According to RAPD primers, the average gene diversity was h = 0.3739 and i= 0.552 based on Nei and Shannon's information index, respectively. According to ISSR primers it was h = 0.2944 and i= 0.4563, respectively. Cluster analysis using UPGMA methods categorized the ecotypes into 17 groups. Based on RAPD and SSR primers, the genotypes with near origin (Tabriz and Kerman, Abadeh and Bajestan) that had less genetic diversity were categorized in the same group. In some cases (Ahwaz, Borazjan, Kashan, Sardasht and Khusf or Ilam and Gonabad) the genetic variation was not accordance with the geographical distance and the genotypes with the different origin were categorized in the same group.
