چکیده
اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر اﺳﻤﺰی ﺑﺬر ارﻗﺎم ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﻪ درﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﮔﻼب زﻫﺮا در ﺳﺎل 1392 اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﭘﻠﻲ اﺗﻴﻠﻦ ﮔﻠﻴﻜﻮل 6000 در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ )0، 9- ،18 ﺑﺎر( و ﺷﻮری در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺻﻔﺮ ،6 و 12 و 18 دﺳﻲ زﻳﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ( و ارﻗﺎم ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ )IL-111 ، اراک 2811 و اﺻﻔﻬﺎن( ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ، ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﺛﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری و رﻗﻢ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺷﺪت ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﻣﻴﺰان ﭘﺮوﻟﻴﻦ و ﻧﺸﺖ ﻳﻮﻧﻲ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ و ﻣﺤﺘﻮای آب ﻧﺴﺒﻲ و وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﭘﺮوﻟﻴﻦ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ رﻗﻢ اﺻﻔﻬﺎن، ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﺤﺘﻮای ﻧﺴﺒﻲ آب ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ رﻗﻢ IL-111 و ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻧﺸﺖ ﻳﻮﻧﻲ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ رﻗﻢ اراک ﺑﻮد. ﺳﻄﺢ اﺳﻤﻮﭘﺮاﻳﻢ 9- ﺑﺎر ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﺳﻄﻮح ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی ﭘﺮوﻟﻴﻦ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ رﻗﻢ اﺻﻔﻬﺎن در ﺗﻤﺎم ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﺷﻮری و ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار و رﻗﻢ IL-111 ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار وزن ﺧﺸﻚ را دارا ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.

An investigation on the effects of salinity and Osmopriming on seedling dry weight and some physiological characteristics of Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) varieties

The current study was carried out during 2013 in Zahra Rosewater Company’s research greenhouse and it was aimed to investigate effects of seed Osmopriming on some physiological features of three different Safflower varieties under saline condition. So the seeds of three safflower varieties (IL 111,Arak 2811 and Isfahan) were treated by four levels of PEG6000(0,-9,-18 and -22 bar) under four levels of salinity (0,6,12 and 18 ds/m) and the statistical experiment was factorial based on CRD. According to the obtained results, all traits were significantly affected by salinity factor. Proline content and Ion leakage were increased as salinity was raised while RWC and seedling dry weight were reduced in the same condition. Isfahan variety had the highest amount of Proline and the highest RWC and Ion leakage were belonged to IL 111 and Arak varieties respectively .Compared with other Osmpriming levels, the Proline quantity that was produced by
the second level (-9 bar) of Osmopriming was higher than rest. In general, Isfahan variety had shown the
lowest dry weight and IL-111 variety had the highest dry weight in all levels of salinity and priming treatments.
