چکیده
در ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎی اﺧﻴﺮ روش ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻳﺎﺑﻲ ارﺗﺒﺎط (Association mapping) ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان روش ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺰﻳﻦ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺎه ﻫﺎی ژﻧﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻛﻤﻲ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ و ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺎه ﻫﺎی ژﻧﻲ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﺪادی از ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻬﻢ زراﻋﻲ ﺟﻮ زراﻋﻲ در ﻳﻚ ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﺟﻮ ﺑﻬﺎره دو ردﻳﻔﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺗﻌﺪاد 148 رﻗﻢ ﭘﻴﺸﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺟﻮ ﺑﻬﺎره دو ردﻳﻔﻪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻮﺳﻴﻠﻪ 407 ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻣﻮﻟﻜﻮﻟﻲ SSRو AFLP ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭙﻴﻨﮓ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ، از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت زراﻋﻲ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ درﺻﺪ ﺧﺴﺎرت ﺳﺮﻣﺎ، ﺗﻌﺪاد روز ﺗﺎ ﻇﻬﻮر ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ ، ﺗﻌﺪاد روز ﺗﺎ رﺳﻴﺪﮔﻲ ،ارﺗﻔﺎع، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ردﻳﻒ ﺑﺬر در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ و وزن ﻫﺰارداﻧﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ آﻣﺎری ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﻴﻦ ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮﻟﻜﻮﻟﻲ و داده ﻫﺎی ﻓﻨﻮﺗﻴﭙﻲ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار Graphical Genotypes (GGT. 2 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع 19 ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻣﻮﻟﻜﻮﻟﻲ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﺎﻻﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ داده ﻫﺎی ﻓﻨﻮﺗﻴﭙﻲ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت زراﻋﻲ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ زراﻋﻲ ﺑﺎﻻی ﺑﻌﻀﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎ ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮﻟﻜﻮﻟﻲ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺑﻪ ﻧﮋادی ﺑﻪ روش اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺑﻪ ﻛﻤﻚ ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻣﻮﻟﻜﻮﻟﻲ
(assisted electionاMarker ) مورد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﻴﺮﻧﺪ.

Identification of quantitative trait loci associated with some agronomical important traits in a population of barley by association mapping

Abstract
In recent years, association mapping method is being used extensively as an alternative approach for QTL mapping. This study was carried out to identify and map loci associated with some agronomical important traits in a population of two-rowed spring barley cultivars. 148 modern cultivars of spring barley that were previously genotyped by 407 AFLP and SSR markers, were genotyped for agronomical important traits including freezing damage, days to heading, days to maturity, height, kernels per spike, spike’s length, seed rows per spike and thousand kernels weight. The genotypic and phenotypic data were analysed with Graphical Genotypes (GGT. 2) software. In total 19 molecular markers showed to be highly associated with phenotypic data of different traits. Due to the breeding importance of some studied traits, molecular markers associated with these traits can be used in Marker-assisted breeding programs.
