چکیده
اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ارﻗﺎم ﻣﻘﺎوم ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻮﺛﺮﺗﺮﻳﻦ، ﺑﺎﺻﺮﻓﻪ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ و از ﻧﻈﺮ زﻳﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ روش ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻌﻀﻲ از ﺑﻴﻤﺎرﻳﻬﺎی ﻣﻬﻢ ﻏﻼت ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻔﻴﺪک ﭘﻮدری و زﻧﮓ زرد در ﺑﻴﻦ141 رﻗﻢ ﺗﺠﺎری ﺟﻮ ﺑﻬﺎره اروﭘﺎﻳﻲ در 2 ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1390-91، ﻣﻮاد آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در اﻳﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻃﺮق )ﻣﺸﻬﺪ( ﻛﺸﺖ ﺷﺪه و ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﻳﺎدداﺷﺖ ﺑﺮداری از ﺻﻔﺎت زراﻋﻲ، ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻔﻴﺪک ﭘﻮدری ﻧﻴﺰ ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1391-92 ﻣﻮاد آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در اﻳﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎی ﻃﺮق و ﻋﺮاﻗﻲ ﻣﺤﻠﻪ )ﮔﺮﮔﺎن( ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻔﻴﺪک ﭘﻮدری و در اﻳﺴﺘﮕﺎه اردﺑﻴﻞ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ زﻧﮓ زرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺗﻌﺪاد 18 رﻗﻢ ﻛﻪ در ﺳﺎل اول اﺟﺮای ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت زراﻋﻲ، ﻧﻤﻮد ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ای، و ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻴﻤﺎری اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، در ﺳﺎل دوم در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻳﻚ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﺎﺗﻲ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﺎ دو ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻬﻤﻦ و CB-83-17 ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ، 8 رﻗﻢ ﻣﻘﺎوم ﻛﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮﺗﺮی ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﺟﻬﺖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺑﻪ ﻧﮋادی ﺟﻮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد زﻳﺎدی از ارﻗﺎم ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ از ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺎﻻﻳﻲ از ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻔﻴﺪک ﭘﻮدری و ﻳﺎ زﻧﮓ زرد ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮده و ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺑﻪ ﻧﮋادی ﺟﻮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان واﻟﺪ ﻣﻘﺎوم ﺟﻬﺖ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ژن ژن ﻫﺎی ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ رد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﻴﺮﻧﺪ.

Identification of sources of powdery mildew and yellow rust resistance in barley

Abstract
The use of disease-resistant cultivars is known as the most effective, economically sound and environmentally safe method for the control of some important diseases of cereals including rusts and powdery mildew. The objective of this study was to identify sources of genetic resistance to powdery mildew and yellow rust in 141 commercial European barley cultivars. In 2011-2012cropping season the experimental genotypes were sown in Agricultural Research Station of Torogh (Mashhad) and were evaluated for agronomical traits and powdery mildew resistance. In the second cropping season (2012-2013) the cultivars were evaluated in Torogh and Araghi Mahale station (Gorgan) against powdery mildew and in Ardabil station against yellow rust. Furthermore, 18 cultivars that showed good field performance and resistance to powdery mildew were selected and compared with Bahman and CB-83-17 (local checks) in a preliminary yield trial in Torogh station in 2012-2013 cropping season. Based on the results of this experiment, 8 cultivars that showed yield superiority over the checks and mostly were powdery mildew and yellow rust resistant were selected and introduced to the breeding program. Our results also indicated that a number of cultivars showed a high level of powdery mildew and yellow rust resistance and could be used in breeding programs as the resistant parent to transfer the resistance gene(s) to the new cultivars.
