چکیده
در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ اﻳﻨﺪوﮔﻨﻜﺘﻴﻚ در ﻫﻨﺪ، ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﺷﺖ، ﺑﺎزده ﻣﺎﻟﻲ در ﻛﺸﺖ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت روﺑﻪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺪﻳﻦ ﺟﻬﺖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﻬﺎی ﻧﻮﻳﻦ ﻛﺸﺎورزی ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﺑﺎ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. از اﻳﻦ رو، ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﻲ در ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎل 1389-91 در زﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﻣﺼﺮف اﻧﺮژی و آب آﺑﻴﺎری در ﻛﺸﺖ ﮔﻨﺪم ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺎوب ﺧﺎﻛﻮرزی در ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻛﺸﺎورزی ﻫﻨﺪ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛـﺮتﻫﺎی ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه، درﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻛﺸﺖ ﮔﻨﺪم در ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﺑﺪون ﺧﺎﻛﻮرزی ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪل ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﻣﺴﻄﺢ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺑﻬﺮهوری اﻧﺮژی را ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی دﻳﮕﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن داد. در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺑﻘﺎﻳﺎی ﮔﻴﺎﻫﻲ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﭼﺸﻤﮕﻴﺮی در ﺑﻬﺮهوری اﻧﺮژی ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. راﻧﺪﻣﺎن آﺑﻴﺎری در ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﭘﺸﺘﻪ(Raised-bed) ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺴﻄﺢ (Flat-bed) ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ ﻫﻢ در ﺧﺎﻛﻮرزی و ﻫﻢ در ﺑﺪون ﺧﺎﻛﻮرزی ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﭘﺸﺘﻪ دﻳﺪه ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻄﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ ﻛﻪ اﮔﺮ ﺧﺎﻛﻮرزی ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﺘﻨﺎوب و ﻣﺘﻮاﻟﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﻮد، ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮی ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری در ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﺑﺎزده آب آﺑﻴﺎری ﻧﺪارد وﻟﻲ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﮔﻴﺎه ﭘﺸﺘﻪ ﻳﺎ ﻣﺴﻄﺢ( ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﻫﻢ ﺑﺮ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﻓﺮﺳﺎﻳﺶ آﺑﻲ ﺧﺎک و ﻫﻢ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻛﺎراﻳﻲ آب آﺑﻴﺎری و ذﺧﻴﺮه ﻛﺮدن آب ﻣﻮﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه اﻳﻦ ذﺧﻴﺮه ﺳﺎزی ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان kg/ha-cm 312,6 ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.

Effect of sequential tillage and crop establishment, and residue management on water use-efficiency and energy saving of wheat in soybean – wheat cropping system

Abstract
In Indo-Gangetic Plain Zone of India the population of people and cost of cultivation are increasing and in other hand water table and resources is decreasing. The studies were conducted to assess the suitability of conservation tillage, vis-a-vis conventional tillage and crop establishment techniques, viz. bed planting vis-a-vis flat planting in the recently emerging soybean-wheat cropping system in the region. The experiment was laid out in split plot design with three replication and 16 treatments in 2010-12 on farm research of Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. Cultivation of wheat in ZT and control treatment in application of crop residue shown higher energy use-efficiency over other treatments. Raised-bed system along with ZT and CT has given higher water use-efficiency compared to flat-bed system. In general application of crop residue for conserving moisture has beneficial effect but in case of saving water the differences was negligible. However methods of crop establishment save water about 312.6 kg/ha-cm. The sequential tillage did not have effect of water saving but in case of energy saving reverse trend was observed.
