چکیده
ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن از اﺑﺘﺪاﻳﻲﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ رﺷﺪ ﺧﻮد ﺑﺮای داﺷﺘﻦ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل ﺑﻬﻴﻨﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﻲ از ﻓﺴﻔﺮ ﻧﻴﺎز دارﻧﺪ اﻣﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﻴﺶ از ﺣﺪ ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ آﻟﻮدﮔﻲ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ زﻳﺴﺖ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد. از اﻳﻦرو، اﻣﺮوزه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺰﻳﻨﻲ ﺑﺮای ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﻓﺴﻔﺎﺗﻪ در ﻛﺎﻧﻮن ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ و ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ و زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﻓﺴﻔﺎﺗﻪ روی اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﮔﻴﺎه ذرت ﺑﺎ 5 ﺗﻴﻤﺎر: دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﻛﻮد ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﺳﻮﭘﺮﻓﺴﻔﺎت ﺗﺮﻳﭙﻞ و ﻳﻚ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻛﻮد زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﺑﺎرور 2 و ﺑﺎرور3 و ﻳﻚ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ در دو ﺳﺎل در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻳﻚ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در 3 ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ از دو رﻗﻢ 677 و Hiddo اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﺑﺎرور 2 و 3 روی ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ذرت اﺛﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ داﺷﺘﻪ و ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰاﻧﻲ ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻛﻮد ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﺳﺒﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ دو رﻗﻢ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ ﻛﻮد زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻢ ﺗﻔﺎوت داﺷﺘﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﻴﺖ در اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻛﻮد زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎی ﻛﻮد ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ اﺳﺖ. در ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺖ ﻣﻲﺗﻮان ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻛﺮد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪﻫﺎ و آﻟﻮدﮔﻲﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﻴﻂ زﻳﺴﺖ، ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺰﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﻲ ﺑﺮای ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی ﺷﻴﻤﻴﻴﺎﻳﻲ در ﻣﺰارع ذرت اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﻮﻧﺪ.

Effect of phosphate biofertilizer on maize yield

Plants require adequate phosphate from the very early stages of growth for optimum crop production, but excess application chemical fertilizers results in environmental contamination. Now a days, biofertilizer utilization as a plant growth promoting becomes urgent to substitute a single chemical fertilizer application. To assessment and comparison of the effect of phosphate chemical fertilizers and biofertilizers on maize yield, an experiment carried out in a randomized complete block design arranged in a factorial scheme with three replications in the research station of Crop Production and Plant Breeding Department, College of Agriculture, Shiraz University. Two cultivars, 677 and Hiddo, were used in this experiment. The results showed that Biofertilizers, Barvar 2 and 3, had a positive effect on maize yield and yield components and improved these traits the same as chemical fertilizers if not more. In addition, it was revealed that different genotypes showed different responses to biofertilizers. Hence, it can be suggested that the response to biofertilizer is dependent to genotype. All to all, it can be suggested that using biofertilizers can save costs and reduce environmental contamination and for that they are suitable candidate for replacement of chemical fertilizers.
