چکیده
از دﻻﻳﻞ ﻋﻤﺪه ﻧﺎﻛﺎﻓﻲ ﺑﻮدن ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﻛﺸﺎورزی در ﺑﺴﻴﺎری از ﻧﻘﺎط دﻧﻴﺎ وﺟﻮد ﭘﺪﻳﺪه ﺧﺸﻜﻲ اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺮ روی 10 ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻟﻮﺑﻴﺎ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎﻫﻲ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﭘﻠﻲ اﺗﻴﻠﻦﮔﻠﻴﻜﻮل )ﺻﻔﺮ ، 4- ، 8- ، و 12- ﺑﺎر( ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻃﺮح ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ )ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اول ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ و ﻋﺎﻣﻞ دوم ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﺗﻨﺶ( در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﻜﺮار در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﮔﻴﻼن، در ﻳﻚ آﺑﺎن ﻣﺎه ﺳﺎل 1392ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻛﻼﺳﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ روش ﺑﻴﻦ ﮔﺮوﻫﻲ ﺑﻌﺪ از اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺧﻂ ﺑﺮش ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه، در ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ 4 ﺑﺎر ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه، در ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ 8 ﺑﺎر ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه و در ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ 12 ﺑﺎر ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻛﻼﺳﺘﺮ ﺑﺮای ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﻨﺶ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ را ﺑﻪ 4 ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﻧﻤﻮد و ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﺑﻌﺪ از رﺳﻢ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺧﻂ ﺑﺮش ﺻﺤﺖ ﮔﺮوﻫﺒﻨﺪی را 90 درﺻﺪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد.

Evaluation of Drought Tolerance of Rapeseed (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Genotypes in Laboratory

Abstract
Drought stress in the major affecting factor in crop production of many parts of the world. This study was done to evalute the effect of drought tolerance an ten common bean variation of germination stage.The experiment was conducted in a RCBD Design with factorial arrangement in 3 replications. The first factor was stress condition which induced by polyethylene glycol at zero, -4, -8 and -12 bar in laboratory of guilan agriculture school was evaluated at (2013/10/23).
The result of cluster analysis based on UPGMA Algorithm grouped genotypes at no stress, -4, -8, -12 bar osmotic condition in 3, 2, 3 and 3 group respectively. Cluster analysis of genotypes at the 4 stress condition were grouped genotypes x environment interaction in 4 groups. Accuracy of cluster analysis revealed by discriminant analysis with a 90٪ rate.
