چکیده
ﻛﻠﺰا ﻳﻚ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺟﺪﻳﺪ و ﺑﺎ ارزش در ﺗﺎﻣﻴﻦ روﻏﻦ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﻛﺎﺷﺖ اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻳﻚ داﻧﻪ روﻏﻨﻲ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻛﻪ اﻳﺮان ﺟﺰو ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺧﺸﻚ و ﻧﻴﻤﻪﺧﺸﻚ ﺟﻬﺎن ﺑﻪﺷﻤﺎر ﻣﻲ رود. ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﻛﻪ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ را در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ رﺷﺪ و ﻧﻤﻮ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ در اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﻲ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ و در ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﺶﺗﺮ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮﮔﺬار ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد. در اﻳﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ 10 ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻛﻠﺰا در ﻳﻚ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ، و ﺗﻔﺎوت دﻣﺎ در ﻃﺒﻘﺎت
ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻧﻜﻮﺑﺎﺗﻮر ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺑﻠﻮک در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﮔﻴﻼن، در ﻳﻜﻢ آﺑﺎن ﻣﺎه ﺳﺎل 92 ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﻧﺠﺎم ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻛﻼﺳﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ روش ﺑﻴﻦﮔﺮوﻫﻲ ﺑﻌﺪ از اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺧﻂ ﺑﺮش ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه، در ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ 4 ﺑﺎر ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه، در ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ 8 ﺑﺎر ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه و در ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ 12 ﺑﺎر ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻛﻼﺳﺘﺮ ﺑﺮای ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﻨﺶ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ را ﺑﻪ ﺷﺶ ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﻧﻤﻮد و ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﺑﻌﺪ از رﺳﻢ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺧﻂ ﺑﺮش ﺻﺤﺖ ﮔﺮوﻫﺒﻨﺪی را 95 ﻧﺸﺎن داد.

Evaluation of Drought Tolerance of Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) Genotypes in Laboratory

Abstract
Canola is a new crap and valuable for supplies plant oils and suitable for using in crop. Given the importance of it’s planting as an oilseed and given this issue that Iran is one of the world’s arid and semiarid regions. Recognize of genotypes that can tolerate drought stress at different stages of growth. This issue will be effective in increase of plant density in field and ultimately in more yield.This experiment 10 number of canola genotypes, in factorial experiment on block design with 3 repetition of drought tolerance and Incubator temperature differences in various classes as block in laboratory of guilan agriculture school was evaluated at (2013/10/23). The achieved results of cluster analysis method between groups after selecting most appropriate cut line show that they divided to 3 groups in potential of 4 MPa and they divided to 2 groups in potential of 8 MPa and they divided to 3 groups in potential of 12 MPa too. The achieved results divided genotypes for 4 level stress and analysis of detect function showed classification accuracy to 95% after that drawing of most suitable cut line.
