چکیده
ﺷﻮری آب و ﺧﺎک در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺧﺸﻚ و ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﺧﺸﻚ، ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻫﺎ در ﻣﺤﺪود ﻛﺮدن ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن اﺳﺖ رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ ﻳﻚ ﮔﻴﺎه ﻳﻜﺴﺎﻟﻪ، ﻋﻠﻔﻲ و از ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ی Apiaceae اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﻣﻘﺎوم ﺑﻪ ﺷﻮری ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ اﺛﺮات ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در 3 ﺗﻜﺮار در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﺬر داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری)ﺻﻔﺮ، 12 ، 9، 6، 3دﺳﻲ زﻳﻤﻨﺲ( و ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ)ﺻﻔﺮ، 10 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ، 20 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ، 30 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ( ﺑﻮد ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اول در دﻣﺎی 15 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﮔﺮاد ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺪه و ﺳﭙﺲ در دﻣﺎی اﺗﺎق ﺧﺸﻚ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 21 روز در ﻣﻌﺮض ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ، ﺷﻮری و اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ اﻳﻦ دو ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ، ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮری ﻛﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ در ﻣﻮرد ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ در ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﻫﺎی ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ و ﺷﻮری ﻛﻤﺘﺮ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ اﻳﻦ در ﺣﺎﻟﻴﺴﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﻫﺎی ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺻﻔﺎت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺷﻮری ﺷﺪ ﻣﻴﺘﻮان ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ در ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﻴﺘﻮاﻧﺪ از اﺛﺮات ﺳﻮء ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﻜﺎﻫﺪ.

Germination characteristics of fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill) under salt stress

Abstract
Water and soil salinization in arid and semiarid regions, one of the most important tensions in limiting production plants. A yearling fennel, herbs and Chtrpan family (Apiaceae), which is moderately resistant to salinity. To evaluate the effects of priming on fennel seed germination experiment was designed salt stress conditions. Factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design with three replications was conducted in the laboratory control of seed in shahed university. Treatments include salinity (zero, 3, 6, 9 and 12 dS) and 4 hydropriming pretreated with distilled water (zero, 10 h, 20 h, 30 h,). Firstly fennel seeds treated at 15 ° C and then dried at room temperature and then were exposed to salt stress at 21 days.Results showed that treatments hydropriming, salinity and the interaction of these two traits was significant, such that better results in the case of traits at higher and lower salinity was hydropriming. Even at higher clock hydropriming improves germination characteristics of anise was much more salt. We can conclude that the number of hours hydropriming appropriate treatment can reduce the adverse effects of salinity on germination.
