چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و اﺟﺰای آن و ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد در ﻛﻨﺠﺪ، 20 رﻗﻢ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻛﻨﺠﺪ ﺗﺤﺖ دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻴﺎری ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﻴﺮﺟﻨﺪ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 91-92ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: دﺷﺘﺴﺘﺎن 2، دﺷﺘﺴﺘﺎن 5، TS-3، ﻳﻠﻮواﻳﺖ، ﺟﻴﺮﻓﺖ13، اوﻟﺘﺎن،داراب1، داراب2، داراب14، ﺻﻔﻲآﺑﺎد1، ﻓﺮدوس، اﻫﻮاز، ﺳﺒﺰوار، ﺳﻴﺮﺟﺎن، PF3، ﺷﻮﺷﺘﺮ، ﻓﺴﺎ، اردﺳﺘﺎن، ﻓﺎرس، اراک ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺎﻣﻠﻌﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﻲ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﻛﭙﺴﻮل، ﻋﺮض ﻛﭙﺴﻮل، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻛﭙﺴﻮل در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ،ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی، ارﺗﻔﺎع ازﺳﻄﺢ زﻣﻴﻦ ﺗﺎ اوﻟﻴﻦ ﮔﺮه ﻛﭙﺴﻮل دﻫﻨﺪﻫﺒﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داددر ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺻﻔﺎت ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺗﺎ اوﻟﻴﻦ ﮔﺮه ﻛﭙﺴﻮل دﻫﻨﺪه، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﻲ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻛﭙﺴﻮل، ﻃﻮل ﻛﭙﺴﻮل، ﻋﺮض ﻛﭙﺴﻮل و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻳﻚ درﺻﺪ و ﺻﻔﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮ داﻧﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری را در ﺑﻴﻦ ارﻗﺎم ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ رﻗﻢ اﺻﻔﻬﺎن دارای ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺑﻮد.ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮان رﻗﻢ اﺻﻔﻬﺎن را ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان رﻗﻢ ﺑﺮﺗﺮ در ﺑﻴﻦ ﺑﻘﻴﻪ ارﻗﺎم در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻧﻤﻮد.

Effects of drought stress on yield and yield components of 20 sesame varieties

Abstract
In order to evaluate yield and its components and to determine the most important traits affecting the yield in sesame, 20 different sesame cultivars were assessed under both normal irrigation and drought stress in a randomized complete block design with three replications in the research farm of the University of Birjand at 2013.The studied genotypes were: Dashtestan 2 , Dashtestan 5, TS-3, Yellow white, Jiroft 13, Oltan, Darab1, Darab2, Darab 14, Safi Abad 1, Ferdows, Ahwaz, Iran , local of Sabzevar, Sirjan, PF3, Shooshtar, Fasa, Ardestan, Fars, Arak. Traits including grain yield, grain weight, number of branches, plant height, capsule length, capsule width, number of capsules per plant, biological and economicalyield, plant height from the ground to the first node with capsules. Analysis of variance showed that under stress conditions, the plant height, height to first node with capsule, number of branches, number of capsules, capsule length,capsule and seed width and biological yield were significantly different at the 1% significant level, however, grain yield was significant at 5% significant level.The means comparison analysis showed that under stress conditions, the Esfehan cultivar had the highest grain yield. According to the results of this experiment, the Esfehan
cultivar could be suggested as anelite cultivar among others under the stress conditions.
