چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ دﻣﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬور ﮔﻞﺟﺎﻟﻴﺰ ﻣﺼﺮی آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آرﻫﻮس داﻧﻤﺎرک اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 6 درﺟﻪﺣﺮارت در دوره ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دﻣﺎﻫﺎی 14، 17، 20، 23، 26 و 29 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﮕﺮاد ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﺬورﮔﻞ ﺟﺎﻟﻴﺰ در دﻣﺎی 20 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﮕﺮاد ﺑﺎ 94 درﺻﺪ و در دﻣﺎی 29 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﮕﺮاد ﺑﺎ 81/8 درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺬور در دﻣﺎی 14 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﮕﺮاد ﺑﺎ 1-h
0/0065 ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ و دﻣﺎی 29 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﮕﺮاد ﺑﺎ 1-h 0/0188 ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. دﻣﺎی 14 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﮕﺮاد ﺑﺎ 51/73 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ و دﻣﺎی 26 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﮕﺮاد ﺑﺎ 24/53 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ.

Effects of different temperatures on seed germination of Egyptian broomrape (Orobanche aegyptiaca)

Abstract
To investigate the effect of temperature in germination period of Orobanche aegyptiaca seeds characteristics, this experiment was conducted in research laboratory of Aarhus University, Denmark. Treatments were 6 temperatures regimes: 14, 17, 20, 23, 26 and 29oC. The results showed that broomrape seeds in 20 oC with 94% and in 29 oC with 81.8 % germination had the highest and lowest final germination percentage, respectively. Also, seeds in 14 oC with 0.0065 h-1 and in 29 oC with 0.0188 h-1 had the lowest and highest germination speed. The uniformity of germination in 14 oC with 51.73 hours and in 26 oC with 24.53 hours was the lowest and highest, respectively.
