چکیده
ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﮔﻨﺪم دوروم و ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺮ روی آن، ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪای ﺑﺮ روی 16 ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﮔﻨﺪم دوروم در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ دﻳﻢ و آﺑﻴﺎری ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻠﻲ در ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﺖ ﻣﺆﺳﺴﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻛﺸﺎورزی دﻳﻢ )اﻳﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺳﺮارود( در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1391-92 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺻﻔﺎت آﮔﺮو-ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ و ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ دﻳﻢ و آﺑﻴﺎری ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻠﻲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﺑﻴﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ از ﻧﻈﺮ اﻛﺜﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮن ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ )STI( ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ وارد ﻣﺪل ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻛﻼﺳﺘﺮ و ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی )STI( و ﺗﺤﻤﻞ )TOL( ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ را ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﻛﺮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی اﺻﻠﻲ و ﺑﺎیﭘﻼت ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﻣﻜﺎن ﮔﺮوﻫﺒﻨﺪی ﺻﻔﺎت در ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎی ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ.

Evaluation of phenotypic diversity in durum wheat breeding lines under rainfed and supplemental irrigation conditions

Abstract
Regarding the importance of durum wheat and the effect of drought stress on its production, an investigation on 16 durum wheat genotypes under rainfed and supplemental irrigation conditions in the Dryland Agricultural Research Sub-Institute (Sararood station), Kermanshah, Iran, was carried out during 2012-13 cropping season . The genotypes were evaluated based on agro-physiological traits and drought resistance indices. The results of ANOVA and mean comparisons indicated significant differences (P<0.01) among most of the studied traits including grain yield in the both rainfed and irrigated conditions. Regression analyses, based on the drought tolerance index (STI) showed that thousand kernel weight and number of seed per spike entered the model. Cluster and discriminate analyses, based on the drought tolerance (STI) and tolerance (TOL) indices, classified the genotypes in three groups under rainfed conditions, respectively. Bi plot analysis based on principal component analysis indicated that it was possible to classify traits in different groups and consequently identify the genotypes based on each trait groups.
