چکیده
به ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در ﺗﺮﻳﺘﻴﻜﺎﻟﻪ، دو آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار و ﺑﻴﺴﺖ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﺗﺮﻳﺘﻴﻜﺎﻟﻪ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 91- 1390 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻴﺮاز و در دو ﺳﻄﺢ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﻲ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب )آﺑﻴﺎری ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺗﺨﻠﻴﻪ ﺗﻘﺮﻳﺒﺎ 40 درﺻﺪ رﻃﻮﺑﺖ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺧﺎک و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ (ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری از ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ) اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﻛﻤﻲ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ (STI)،ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﻴﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ (SSI) ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ (TOL) ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد (YI) ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺑﻬﺮهوری (MP)، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﺑﻬﺮه وری(GMP) ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﺑﻴﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﺗﺮﻳﺘﻴﻜﺎﻟﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ در دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺿﺮاﻳﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ و ﺑﺪون ﺗﻨﺶ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی MP ،STI و GMP ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﻲ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در ﺗﺮﻳﺘﻴﻜﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس اﻳﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻤﻮدار ﺳﻪ ﺑﻌﺪی، ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ELTTCL29 ،ELTTCL8 ،ELTTCL21 وELTTCL2 ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ELTTCL19، ELTTCL9 و ELTTCL15 ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺣﺴﺎسﺗﺮﻳﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.

Evaluation of Drought Tolerance in Twenty Triticale Genotypes Using Drought Tolerance Indices

Abstract
In order to identify the drought tolerant triticale genotypes, two experiments differing in irrigation
regimes (well-watered and water deficit by withholding irrigation at flowering stage) were
conducted at the research station of College of Agriculture, Shiraz University, Shiraz, during 2012-
2013 growing season. The twenty triticale cultivars were arranged in a randomized complete block
design with four replications in each experiment. Analysis of variance showed highly significant
differences among the triticale genotypes for yield in normal and stress condition as well as the
drought tolerance indices including stress tolerance index (STI), Stress Susceptibility Index (SSI),
Tolerance Index (TOL), Yield Index (YI), Mean Productivity (MP) and Geometric Mean
Productivity (GMP). Correlation coefficients between grain yield in normal and stress conditions
and drought indices revealed that STI, MP and GMP were the appropriate indices and the three
dimensional plot between yield in both conditions and STI, ELTTCL21, ELTTCL8, ELTTCL29
and ELTTCL2 were known to be the drought tolerant genotypes and ELTTCL9, ELTTCL19 and
ELTTCL15 were the drought sensitive genotypes
