چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺑﻨﻴﻪ و رﺷﺪ اوﻟﻴﻪ ﺑﺬر ﻻﻳﻦ ﻫﺎی ﺟﻮ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 71 ﻻﻳﻦ ﺟﻮ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮای ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ وﺿﻌﻴﺖ اﺳﺘﻘﺮار و درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺻﻔﺎﺗﻲ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲ، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ،ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ و ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ درﺻﺪ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﺪت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ، ﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲ و ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ در ﻻﻳﻦ ﻫﺎی ﺟﻮ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﺑﻮد. ﻻﻳﻦ 102 ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ، ﻻﻳﻦ 99 و 74 ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ، ﻻﻳﻦ 90 و 74 ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ و ﻻﻳﻦ 74 و 99 ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﺪت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﻻﻳﻦ 100 و 76 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻻﻳﻦ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت دارﻧﺪ. در ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻛﻼﺳﺘﺮ ﻻﻳﻦ ﻫﺎ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻪ ﻛﻼﺳﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲ رﺳﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻻﻳﻦ ﻫﺎی ﻛﻼﺳﺘﺮ اول ﺑﺎ درﺻﺪ وﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﻻ، و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ از دو ﮔﺮوه دﻳﮕﺮ، ﻣﻴﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻬﺘﺮی در مزرﻋﻪ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.

Evaluation the germination of barley lines under field conditions

Abstract
In order to determine seed vigore and initial growth of barley lines in field, an experiment was conducted with 71 lines as randomized completely block design. Germination uniformity, mean germination time (MGT) germination rate and seedling height were measured. Results indicated that germination percentage, MGT, uniformity and seedling weight were significantly different among different lines. The lines,102, 99, 90 74 and 100 had the highest germination percentage, germination rate, uniformity, MGT and height respectively. Totally the results showed variation in germination of different lines. In cluster analysis of the lines, three clusters were detected. It seems that the first cluster with higher germination percentage and uniformity has more yield than the other clusters.
