چکیده
ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﻣﻬﻢ رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن زراﻋﻲ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ اﻏﻠﺐ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻨﺶﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ ﺑﻪوﻳﮋه ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻗﺮار ﻣﻲﮔﻴﺮد. ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ اﺳﻤﻮﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر ﭼﺎیﺗﺮش ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ، اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 4 ﺗﻜﺮار در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﺮﻛﺮد اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی اﺳﻤﻮﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 4 ﺳﻄﺢ(0،4-، 8- و12 ﺑﺎر) ﭘﻠﻲاﺗﻴﻠﻦﮔﻼﻳﻜﻮل و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 6 ﺳﻄﺢ (0، 2-، 4-، 6- ، 8- و 10 ﺑﺎر)ﭘﻠﻲاﺗﻴﻠﻦﮔﻼﻳﻜﻮل 6000 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮات اﺻﻠﻲ و ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی اﺳﻤﻮﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺷﺪت ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺗﺎ 4- ﺑﺎر ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ در ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﺳﻄﻮح ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ.

Abstract
Germination is one of the important stages in crop growth stages that is often influenced by environmental stresses, especially drought stress. In order to investigate the effect of osmopriming on seed germination of Roselle under drought stress, a factorial experiment in a completely randomize design with four replications was conducted in the research laboratory of Shahrekord University. Osmotic solutions were prepared by using PEG with four osmotic potentials (0, -4, -8, -12 bar) and drought stress with six osmotic potentials (0, -2, -4, -6, -8 ,-10 bar) by PEG (6000). The results showed that the main effects and interactions of osmopriming and drought stress on all traits were significant. In all prime treatments, with increasing of drought stress up to -4 bars, germination rate was increased.
