چکیده
در اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ رواﺑﻂ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و ﺑﺮﺧﻲ از اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ و ﻋﻠﻴﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺷﺪ. 96 ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده F3 ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه واﻟﺪﻳﻦ روﺷﻦ و ﻛﻮﻳﺮ( و ﻧﺴﻞ F1 و F2 در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 91-92 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﻴﺪ ﺑﺎﻫﻨﺮ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻻﺗﻴﺲ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﺑﺎ 2 ﺗﻜﺮار ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎت ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﺑﺎرور، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮔﻴﺎه، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻚ، ﻃﻮل ﭘﺪاﻧﻜﻞ، ﻃﻮل و ﻋﺮض ﺑﺮگ ﭘﺮﭼﻢ،وزن ﻛﻞ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، وزن ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ اﺻﻠﻲ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ اﺻﻠﻲ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ اﺻﻠﻲ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ ﻛﻞ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻛﺜﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﻪ ﺟﺰ ﻃﻮل ﭘﺪاﻧﻜﻞ، ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری داﺷﺖ. ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﺖ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮن ﮔﺎم ﺑﻪ ﮔﺎم، ﺻﻔﺎت ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ ﻛﻞ )0/343(، ﻃﻮل ﺑﺮگ ﭘﺮﭼﻢ (0/36- ) و ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ اﺻﻠﻲ آﺛﺎر ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﻗﻮی و ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﺑﺮ روی ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه اﻫﻤﻴﺖ اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی ﺑﻪ ﻧﮋادی ﺑﺮای اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﺳﺖ.

Evaluate the effect of different traits on bread wheat grain yield using path analysis

In this study, the relation between yield and some yield components were investigated using correlation and path analysis. 96 F3 families, parents (roshan & kavir), F1 and F2 generations were evaluated in 92-91 cropping season in agricultural research field of Shahid Bahonar University using lattice design with two replications. In this study, fertile tiller number, plant height, awn length, peduncle length, flag leaf length and width, total weight per plant, main spike weight, main spike length, number of grains per main spike, number of grains, grain and biological yield were assessed. Results showed that all traits except peduncle length, had a significant positive correlation with grain yield. According to the results of the stepwise regression-based path analysis, whole grain numbers (0.641), flag leaf length (-0.167) and main spike length (0.155) strong and significant direct effects on grain yield that reflects the importance of these traits in breeding programs for increasing the yield.
