چکیده
آﻣﺎرهﻫﺎی ﭘﺎﻳﺪاری ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد، ﻣﻌﻴﺎر ﻣﻄﻤﺌﻦﺗـﺮی ﺑـﺮای ﻣﻌﺮﻓـﻲ ارﻗـﺎم ﻣـﻲ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ. در اﻳـﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳـﻲ ، 2 رﻗـﻢ ﻧـﺮﻋﻘﻴﻢ03FZ13 و HB4105P و رﻗﻢ ﻧﺮﺑﺎرور ﺑﺎرﻟﻲ21 در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در 4 ﺗﻜﺮار در اﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎی ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران و ﮔﻠﺴـﺘﺎن ﻃـ ﻲ ﺳﺎلﻫﺎی 1387 - 1388 ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺮﻛﺐ در ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ از ﻧﻈـﺮ ﺗﻌـﺪاد،ﻃﻮل و ﻋﺮض ﺑﺮگ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد، ﻗﻴﻤﺖ و درآﻣﺪ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل 1 و از ﻧﻈﺮ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗـﻪ در ﺳـﻄﺢ5 درﺻـﺪ اﺧـﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨـﻲ دار وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. در ﮔﻠﺴﺘﺎن ﺑﻴﻦ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻃﻮل و ﻋﺮض ﺑﺮگ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و درآﻣـﺪ در ﺳـﻄﺢ1 و از ﻧﻈـﺮ ﻗﻴﻤـﺖ در ﺳـﻄﺢ5 درﺻﺪ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. در ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ در ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺗﻌﺪاد، ﻃﻮل و ﻋﺮض ﺑـﺮگ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜـﺮد، ﻗﻴﻤـﺖ و درآﻣﺪ و در ﮔﻠﺴﺘﺎن از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻃﻮل و ﻋﺮض ﺑﺮگ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد، ﻗﻴﻤﺖ و درآﻣﺪ ﺑﻴﻦ دو رﻗﻢ ﻧـﺮﻋﻘﻴﻢ03FZ13 و HB4105P ﻣﺸـﺎﺑﻬﺖ وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎﻻﺑﻮدن ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ و ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﺗﺒﻴﻴﻦ، ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦﺑﻮدن ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﺮﺑﻌﺎت درون ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭙﻲ، ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭙﻲ، اﻛﻮواﻻﻧﺲ رﻳﻚ، وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﭘﺎﻳﺪاری ﺷﻮﻛﻼ، اﻧﺤﺮاف از ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﺮﺑﻌﺎت رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮن و داراﺑـﻮدن ﺷـ ﻴﺐ ﺧـﻂ رﮔﺮﺳـﻴﻮن ﻧﺰدﻳﻚ ﺑﻪ 1، رﻗﻢ HB4105P ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان رﻗﻢ زراﻋﻲ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ در ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران و ﮔﻠﺴﺘﺎن ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ.

nvestigation of adaptability and yield stability of air cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) CMS cultivars in Mazandaran and Golestan provinces

Abstract
Yield stability parameters are more confidence standard to introduce varieties. This study was performed to determine yield stability and adaptability of the CMS Burley (03FZ13 and HB4105P) varieties growing areas of Mazandaran and Golestan. The experiment was done in a RCBD with three treatments and four replications in Golestan and Mazandaran in 2008-2009. Combined analysis of variance in Mazandaran showed that there were significant differences for number of leaves, leaf width and length, yield, price and income in 1% probability level and for the plant height in 5%. Mean comparison showed that 03FZ13 and HB4105P were the same for number of leaves, leaf width and length, yield, price and income. Combined analysis of variance in Golestan showed that there were
significant differences for leaf width and length, yield and income in 1% and for price in 5%. Mean comparison showed that 03FZ13 and HB4105P were the same for leaf width and length, yield, price and income. By considering high coefficient of determination (R2 =0.93) and genotypes mean, low
genotypic coefficient of variation, shukala,s stability variance, wrick,s equivalence and deviation of average square regression and regression near to 1, HB4105P introduced as desirable cultivar to cultivate in Mazandaran and Golestan.
