مقاﻳﺴﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻧﺎﺣﻴﻪای ﭼﻨﺪ ﻻﻳﻦ ﺗﻮﺗﻮن ( Nicotiana tabacum L ) ﮔﺮﻣﺨﺎﻧﻪای در اﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎی ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران و گلستان

Regional yield comparison experiment of new varieties in different areas and years is essential. This study was performed in tobacco growing areas of Mazandaran and Golestan provinces. The experiment was done in a RCBD with six treatments including 4 CMS lines and 2 fertilizer varieties with 3 replications in Golestan and Mazandaran provines in 2010-2011. The results of combined variance analysis in Mazandaran showed that there were significant differences among varieties for yield, price and percent nicotine in 1 % probability level and for plant height and income in %5. In Golestan, there were significant differences among varieties in leaf width, plant height, yield and nicotine in 1 % level and for income in 5 %. Mean comparison in Mazandaran showed that 4 CMS lines were similar to k326 variety, in yield and income. In Golestan, lines 1, 2 and 5. were similar to k326 in yield and income. In Golestan, by considering high coefficient of determination (R2) and genotypes mean, low genotypic coefficient of variation, Shukala,s stability variance, wrick,s equivalence and deviation of average square regression and regression coefficient (b) near to 1, and
desirable taste characteristic, line 2 was introduced. Also, in Mazandaran, line 2 was introduced.
