چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﭘﺬﻳﺮی ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻲ و ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻲ ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎی اﻳﻨﺒﺮد آﻓﺘﺎﺑﮕﺮدان اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪه از ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ ﻓﺮاﻧﺴﻮی و ﻧﻴﺰ ﻫﺘﺮوزﻳﺲ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﺑﻴﻦ اﻳﻦ ﻻﻳﻨﻬﺎ و دو ﻻﻳﻦ ﻧﺮ ﻋﻘﻴﻢ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻫﺎی ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﻼﻗﻲﻫﺎ ﻛﻪ از روش ﻻﻳﻦ×ﺗﺴﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻋﺒﺎرت ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ از: ﺗﻌﺪاد روز ﺗﺎ ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ، ﺗﻌﺪاد روز ﺗﺎ رﺳﻴﺪﮔﻲ ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ، ﻗﻄﺮ ﻃﺒﻖ، ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖ ﻃﺒﻖ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺖ ﺑﺮگ، ﻃﻮل دﻣﺒﺮگ، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ، درﺻﺪ روﻏﻦ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﻴﺎﻧﮕﺮ وﺟﻮد اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻴﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ ﺑﺮای ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﻮد. اﺛﺮ واﻟﺪﻳﻦ در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ دورگﻫﺎ در ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ، ﺑﺮای ﺗﻤﺎم ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﻪ ﺟﺰ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺗﻌﺪاد روز ﺗﺎ ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ و ﻃﻮل دﻣﺒﺮگ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری داﺷﺘﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه وﺟﻮد ﻫﺘﺮوزﻳﺲ ﺑﺮای اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻼﻗﻲﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ اﺟﺰای ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﻴﻦ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﭘﺬﻳﺮی ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻲ واﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار وﺟﻮد دارد، از اﻳﻨﺮو ﻣﻲﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮات ﻏﺎﻟﺒﻴﺖ در ﺑﻴﺎن اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻢ اﻳﻔﺎ ﻣﻲﻛﻨﺪ. ﺑﻴﻦ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﭘﺬﻳﺮی ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻲ ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺻﻔﺎت اﺧﺘﻼف وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻤﻜﻦ اﺳﺖ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻧﻘﺶ اﺛﺮات اﻓﺰاﻳﺸﻲ در ﻛﻨﺘﺮل اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت در ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت × T1
T1 × L3 ،T1 × L7 ،T2 × L9 ، T2 × L11 ،L1 در ﺑﻴﻦ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت دورگﻫﺎ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ در زﻣﺮه ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﺑﻮده و ﻣﻲﺗﻮان از واﻟﺪﻳﻦ آﻧﻬﺎ در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ارﻗﺎم ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻛﺮد.

Study of combining ability for some agronomic traits in sunflower using line×tester method

Abstract
General (GCA) and specific combining abilities of several sunflower inbred lines derived from French populations were evaluated i(SCA)n a line × tester experiment. The genotypes included two testers (T), 11 inbered lines (L), 22 resulting hybrids along with a commercial hybrid, Farrokh, as control. The evaluated traits were composed of days to 5% flowering, days to physiologic maturity, capitul diameter, capitul thickness, plant height, leaf area, petiol length, seed weight, seed oil content, and seed yield. Analysis of variance for the traits revealed presence of significant differences for all traits among the tested genotypes. Effect of parents against the hybrids was significant for all the traits except for days to 5% flowering and petiol length, which indicated presence of average heterosis. There were significant differences between GCA and SCA, indicating prominent effect of dominance component. GCA for lines were significant among all the evaluated traits, which may indicate highlight effect of additive components. Combinations T1×L1, T2×L11, T2×L9, T1×L7, and T1×L3 appeared as superior combinations regarding seed yield and seed weight characters. They can be integrated in the sunflower breeding program as suitable parents.
