چکیده
ﮔﻨﺪم از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن زراﻋﻲ روی زﻣﻴﻦ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ و اﺻﻼح آن ﺑﺮای ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻳﻜﻲ از ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﻬﻢ ﺑﻪﻧﮋادﮔﺮان ﮔﻴﺎﻫﻲ در ﺟﻬﺎن ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در 9 رﻗﻢ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن، اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و ﻧﺮﻣﺎل در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﻴﺪﺑﺎﻫﻨﺮﻛﺮﻣﺎن اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ارﻗﺎم روﺷﻦ و ﻗﺪس ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد را در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب و ارﻗﺎم ﻗﺪس، ﻣﻬﺪوی و ﻛﻮﻳﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد را در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﻲ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻧﻤﺮه ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻳﺎ STS ارﻗﺎم ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺷﺪه ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی β ،YSI ،YI ،GMP ،STI ،TOL ،MP ،SSI و DRI ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ. رﻗﻢ ﻗﺪس و رﻗﻢ ﻣﻬﺪوی ﺑﺎ داﺷﺘﻦ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان STS ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و رﻗﻢ ﺷﻴﺮاز ﺑﺎ داﺷﺘﻦ ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ، ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺣﺴﺎسﺗﺮﻳﻦ رﻗﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﺷﺪ.

Evaluatin of drought tolerance in nine bread wheat genotypes in Kerman condition using stress tolerance score (STS)

Abstract
Wheat is the main crop on earth and breeding for drought tolerance is one of the most important programs for plant breeders in the world. In order to identify drought-tolerant genotyps, nine bread wheat cultivars were assessed under drought stress and normal conditions. The experiments were conducted in randomized complete block design with three replications. Roshan and Ghods had the highest grain yield in normal condition, and Ghods, Mahdavi and kavir had the highest grain yield in drought stress condition. Stress tolerance score (STS) for cultivars wase calculated using standardized values of the SSI, MP, TOL, STI, GMP, YI, YSI and DRI indices. Mahdavi and Ghods with the highest level of STS were introduced as the most droughty tolerant cultivars, and Shiraz with the lowest amount of STS was identified as the most drought sensitive cultivar.
