چکیده
ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﻳﻜﻲ از روشﻫﺎﻳﻲ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد ﻫﺮ ﻳﻚ از ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻫﺎی ﻻزم ﺑﺮای ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ،ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﻣﻲﮔﻴﺮد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻧﻮع ﻣﺤﻠﻮل و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر زﻳﺮه ﺳﺒﺰ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر و ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن داروﻳﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ در ﺳﺎل 1392 اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﻠﻲ اﺗﻴﻠﻦ ﮔﻼﻳﮕﻮل )(PEG6000 ﺑﺎ دو ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 5 و 10 درﺻﺪ، ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ )(KNO3ﺑﺎ دو ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی 1 و 2 درﺻﺪ و ﻛﻠﺮﻳﺪ ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ )(KCL ﺑﺎ دو ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 2 و 4 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﺮ اﻛﺜﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪه اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری داﺷﺖ. ﺣﺪاﻛﺜﺮ و ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺎ ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ ﻧﻤﻮدن ﺑﺬور ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل KCL و KNO3 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی 4 و 1 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮد. ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ روزاﻧﻪ ﺑﺮای ﻣﺤﻠﻮلKCL وPEG ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی 4 و 10 درﺻﺪ و ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺮای ﻣﺤﻠﻮل KNO3 ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 1 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮد.

Evaluation effect of osmoprming methods on seed germination features of cumin (Cuminum cyminum)

Abstract
ming is one of the ways for seed germination, which usually are used under the absence of the necessary environmental factor. In order to evaluate the effects of different priming on seed germination indices of C. cyminum a factorial experiment based on completely randomized design with three factors and three replicates was conducted at Medicinal Plant Research Center, Shahed University in 1392. The factors were polyethylene Glaygvl (PEG6000) with two concentrations (5% and 10%), potassium nitrate (KNO3) with two concentrations (1% and 2%) and potassium chloride (KCL) with two concentrations (2% and 4%). The results showed that the priming significantly affected most seed germination indices. The maximum and minimum germination percentage was happened in 4 % of KCL and 1 % of KNO3, respectively. The minimum germination rate daily under KCL and PEG treatments were happened in four and 10 percent concentrations, respectively. In addition, the maximum seed germination rate under KNO3 was happened in one percent.
