چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ، اﺳﺘﻘﺮار و رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﻨﺪم، ﭘﺲ از ﺗﻬﻴﻪ 27 رﻗﻢ اﻗﺪام ﺑﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎﻫﻲ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﺻﻮرت ﻛﻪ ﭘﺲ از ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﻫﺪاﻳﺖ اﻟﻜﺘﺮﻳﻜﻲ، ﺑﺬور ﻫﺮ رﻗﻢ در ﭘﺘﺮﻳﺪﻳﺶ ﻛﺸﺖ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻫﺪاﻳﺖ اﻟﻜﺘﺮﻳﻜﻲ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻟﻴﺖ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﺬر ﮔﻨﺪم ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری داﺷﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮری ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻫﺪاﻳﺖ اﻟﻜﺘﺮﻳﻜﻲ ﺑﺮای رﻗﻢ آرﺗﺎ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺑﺮای رﻗﻢ ﮔﺎﺳﺒﺎرد ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺑﺮای ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ در ﻛﺸﺖ ﭘﺘﺮﻳﺪﻳﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. در ﻛﺸﺖ ﭘﺘﺮﻳﺪﻳﺶ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺮای ارﻗﺎم ﺗﻮس، ﮔﺎﺳﺒﺎرد، آذر2، MV-17 و اروم و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺮای ارﻗﺎم آرﺗﺎ و ﭼﻤﺮان ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺮای ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ارﻗﺎم ﺗﻮس و ﮔﺎﺳﺒﺎرد ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ارﻗﺎم ﻓﻼت و درﻳﺎ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. رﻗﻢ آرﺗﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻫﺪاﻳﺖ اﻟﻜﺘﺮﻳﻜﻲ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و رﻗﻢ ﮔﺎﺳﺒﺎرد ﺑﺎ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻫﺪاﻳﺖ اﻟﻜﺘﺮﻳﻜﻲ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ را داﺷﺖ. ﻣﻴﺘﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻻ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ارﻗﺎم ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪاﻳﺖ اﻟﻜﺘﺮﻳﻜﻲ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل آﻧﻬﺎ راﺑﻄﻪای ﻋﻜﺲ دارد.

Abstract
To study of germination and seedling growth of different wheat cultivars, after preparing 27 varieties of wheat, the laboratory tests (electrical conductivity and germination) were done in a completely randomized block design. After determining the electrical conductivity, the seeds of each cultivar were planted in Petri dishes. Analysis of variance of the electrical conductivity of electrolyte solution of wheat seeds varieties, was significantly different. So that the maximum conductivity for variety of Arta and the lowest was observed for Gasbard variety. Analysis of variance for the traits in the Petri dishes yielded significant. In culture petri dish, maximum seed germination was for varieties of Toos, Gasbard, Azar 2, MV-17 and its minimum was for Arta and Chamran varieties. Evaluation of seedling dry weight for different varieties showed that, varieties of Toos and Gasbard had the highest seedling dry weight and varieties of Falat and Darya had the lowest seedling dry weight.
