چکیده
در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﮔﺮدهاﻓﺸﺎنﻫﺎ و ﺳﻴﻨﮕﻞﻛﺮاسﻫﺎی ﺣﺎﻣﻞ ژن Rz1، ﺗﻌﺪاد 44 ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ ﺗﻬﻴﻪ و در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺑﺎ آﻟﻮدﮔﻲ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻴﻤﺎری رﻳﺰوﻣﺎﻧﻴﺎ در ﻓﺎرس و ﺧﺮاﺳﺎن ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﻪﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، اﺑﺘﺪا ﺑﺬر ﺷﺶ ﮔﺮدهاﻓﺸﺎن دﻳﭙﻠﻮﻳﻴﺪ ﺑﻪﻫﻤﺮاه ﻫﻔﺖ ﺳﻴﻨﮕﻞﻛﺮاس ﺑﺮای ﺗﻬﻴﻪ اﺷﺘﻜﻠﻴﻨﮓ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﻛﺸﺖ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻌﺪ از زﻣﺴﺘﺎنﮔﺬراﻧﻲ رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪﻫﺎ، در ﻗﻄﻌﺎت اﻳﺰوﻟﻪ، واﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﭘﺪری و ﻣﺎدری ﺗﻼﻗﻲ داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﺬر ﻫﻴﺒﻴﺮﻳﺪ از روی ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻣﺎدری ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺷﺪ. در ﺳﺎل 1387و 1388، ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻫﺎی ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺑﻪﻫﻤﺮاه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻣﻘﺎوم و ﺣﺴﺎس در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻳﻚ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ 49 رﻗﻤﻲ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ آﻟﻮده ﺑﻪ رﻳﺰوﻣﺎﻧﻴﺎ در اﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎی ﻓﺎرس و ﺧﺮاﺳﺎن ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻟﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺧﻮﺷﻪای ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ دوﺳﺎﻟﻪ در دو ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺷﺪت آﻟﻮدﮔﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻴﻤﺎری رﻳﺰوﻣﺎﻧﻴﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻫﺎی (231×SB36)×26388 ،(7112×SB36)×26388،(231×SB36)×27645 ،(419×SB36)×27645 ،(436×SB36)×26388 و (419×SB36)×26388 ﺑﺎ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻫﺎی ﺑﺮﺗﺮ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ )ﻻﺗﻴﺘﻴﺎ و ﻓﻠﻮرس( در ﻳﻚ ﮔﺮوه دﺳﺘﻪﺑﻨﺪی ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و ﺷﺪت آﻟﻮدﮔﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻴﻤﺎری، ﮔﺰﻳﻨﺶ در ﮔﺮدهاﻓﺸﺎنﻫﺎی 26388 و 27645 ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻫﺎی ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﻲﺷﻮد.

Development of sugar beet hybrids carrying rhizomania resistance gene

Abstract
Crossing of pollinators and single crosses carring RZ1 gene resulted in 49 sugar beet hybrids which were evaluated in infected fields of Fars and Khorasan. The seed of six diploid resistant pollinators and seven single crosses were planted in steckling field. After vernalization, parents were crossed in isolatetents, and hybrid seeds harvested on female plants. The new hybrids along with resistant and susceptible checks were evaluated in natural infected conditions during 2008-2009. According to the cluster analysis of the two year evaluation for yield, quality and disease severity index the hybrids (7112×SB36)×26388, (231×SB36)×26388, (436×SB36)×26388, (419×SB36)×27645, (231×SB36) ×27645, (419×SB36)×26388 were grouped with resistant checks. It seems selection in the pollinators 26388 and 27645 will result in better hybrids.
